中国移动营业厅渠道连锁化经营模式研究

【摘要】:连锁经营作为一种现代化的零售业经营管理模式,实践已经证明了其具有较多的优势。中国移动脱胎于国家机关,营业厅渠道一直定位于客户服务渠道,全国的2.4万个网点是完全划分到各区县公司,进行属地化的分散的管理,各网点之间在产品管理、Ⅵ布局、促销管理、物流管理、信息系统等方面未能进行有效整合,未能发挥规模效应。本文主要研究的内容就是连锁化经营的理论和方法,结合中国移动的企业实际情况,经过创新性的优化和完善,在实体营业厅运营管理中进行实际的应用和实施,以达到营业厅渠道统一管理,连锁经营,实现营业厅渠道的低成本高效运营。 本文主要做了三大部分的研究: 一是本文收集了近年来关于连锁经营的相关文献和著作,梳理了众多学者的研究成果和研究重点,整理出了连锁经营的主要定义、特征、分类,分析了连锁经营的优势和风险。 二是对美国、日本和中国三个国家连锁经营的发展情况进行了研究和分析,梳理出国际上连锁经营发达国家的发展现状和特点,并对沃尔玛、7-11作为典型案例进行了深入分析,为后文研究奠定案例基础。同时还对中国移动的企业当前的现状、整体渠道现状,以及营业厅现状和问题进行了描述和分析。 三是在以上分析的基础上,结合中国移动实际情况,提出了区别于传统连锁经营的“六统一”模型,分别为“统一选址开店”、“统一品牌形象”、“统一产品促销”、“统一采购配送”、“统一服务标准”和“统一信息系统”,并提出了完整的营业厅渠道连锁经营实施方案和建议。
