南京智慧城市建设中的信息安全教育研究

【摘要】：目前智慧城市在中国已经成为一个热点,各大城市正在加大其建设的投入力度。然而由于智慧城市建设涉及各种现代信息技术,加之时间短且经验不足,目前南京市的智慧城市建设正面临严峻的信息安全挑战。智慧城市建设迫切需要信息安全教育工作来保障,智慧城市信息安全教育工作是城市安全管理与教育工作的新领域,需要我们不断进行深入研究。推进智慧城市信息安全教育工作,不仅有利于巩固智慧城市的信息安全保障,而且有利于增强民众信息安全意识,为建成一流的智慧城市提供思想保障。本文研究了南京智慧城市建设中的信息安全教育的现状,发现尽管南京智慧城市建设中信息安全教育取得了一些成就,但是仍存在一些问题。当前南京智慧城市建设中信息安全教育存着地区教育发展不平衡;教育内容和形式单一;教育重理论轻实践等问题。本文以南京智慧城市为例,对南京智慧城市建设中信息安全教育的现状,存在的问题以及成因进行分析,在此分析基础上,提出了南京市智慧城市建设中信息安全教育的对策:如提高信息安全教育重视程度、改进信息安全教育管理机制、丰富信息安全教育形式以及落实信息安全教育保障工作,切实把信息安全教育工作落到实处,全面提升民众的信息安全教育水平,以便更好地推动南京智慧城市的建设,在全国智慧城市建设中起到带头作用。
[Abstract]:At present, wisdom city has become a hot spot in China, each big city is increasing its construction investment. However, the construction of intelligent city involves a variety of modern information technology, coupled with short time and lack of experience, the construction of intelligent city in Nanjing is facing severe information security challenges. The construction of intelligent city urgently needs the work of information security education to guarantee. The work of information security education in intelligent city is a new field of urban safety management and education. Advancing the work of information security education in intelligent cities is not only conducive to consolidating the information security of intelligent cities, but also conducive to strengthening the awareness of information security among the people and providing ideological guarantee for building a first-class intelligent city. This paper studies the present situation of information security education in the construction of Nanjing Wisdom City, and finds out that although the information security education in the construction of Nanjing Wisdom City has made some achievements, there are still some problems. At present, the information security education in the construction of the wisdom city of Nanjing has some problems, such as the unbalanced development of regional education, the single content and form of education, the emphasis of education on theory and practice, and so on. Taking Nanjing Wisdom City as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and causes of information security education in the construction of Nanjing Wisdom City. The countermeasures of information security education in the construction of intelligent city in Nanjing are put forward, such as increasing the importance of information security education, improving the management mechanism of information security education, enriching the forms of information security education and implementing the information security education guarantee work. The work of information security education should be put into practice and the level of information security education should be improved in an all-round way in order to better promote the construction of the wisdom city in Nanjing and play a leading role in the construction of the nation's intelligent city.
