邮政储蓄银行绵阳分行个人理财业务发展研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着国民经济的持续增长,居民收入的不断提高,人们对于金融产品的需求越来越旺盛,特别是利率市场化以来,人们的存款愿望有所降低,高收益的理财产品逐渐走入人们的视野,越来越受到人们的关注。国内很多商业银行把握市场机会大力发展理财业务,部分商业银行走到了市场的前列,个人理财业务发展较为成熟,拥有了比较完善的管理制度、比较有效的市场营销手段以及成熟的专业销售和管理人员队伍。中国邮政储蓄银行是经银监局批准在改革邮政管理体制的基础上组建的商业银行。银行成立后,逐渐向全国性的大型商业银行转型,致力于发展零售业务,特别是及时推出了个人理财业务大力发展,但是与成熟的商业银行相比,邮储银行起步较晚,缺乏一定的经验,管理体制不全,营销手段单一。为提升邮储储蓄银行竞争力,邮政储蓄银行应大力发展其他商业银行相对薄弱的个人理财业务,邮政储蓄银行如何更好发展个人理财服务是当前面临的重要而又紧迫的研究课题。本文以邮储银行绵阳分行作为研究对象,采取理论研究、对比分析、文献查阅等方法,对邮政储蓄银行个人理财业务的发展与现状进行研究,探讨存在的问题,存在的机遇和挑战,并结合当前市场环境提出扩大绵阳邮储银行个人理财业务的发展方向,改善绵阳邮储银行个人理财业务运营模式,积极开发多层次多形式理财产品,加强市场营销,加大绵阳邮储银行信息化建设力度等完善绵阳邮政储蓄银行的个人理财业务的发展策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous growth of the national economy and the continuous improvement of residents' income, people's demand for financial products is more and more vigorous. Especially since the interest rate is marketized, people's desire for deposits has been reduced. High-income financial products gradually into the people's vision, more and more people's attention. Many domestic commercial banks have grasped the market opportunity to vigorously develop their financial management business. Some commercial banks have stepped into the forefront of the market, and their personal finance business has developed more mature and has a relatively perfect management system. More effective marketing tools and mature professional sales and management team. Postal savings Bank of China is a commercial bank established on the basis of reform of postal administration system approved by the Banking Regulatory Bureau. After the establishment of the bank, it gradually transformed to a large commercial bank nationwide, devoting itself to the development of retail business, especially by launching the personal finance business in a timely manner. However, compared with the mature commercial banks, the postal savings bank started relatively late. Lack of certain experience, management system is incomplete, marketing means single. In order to enhance the competitiveness of postal savings banks, postal savings banks should vigorously develop the relatively weak personal financial services of other commercial banks. How to better develop personal financial services is an important and urgent research topic for Postal savings Bank. Taking Mianyang Branch of Postal savings Bank as the object of study, this paper studies the development and present situation of personal finance business of Postal savings Bank by means of theoretical research, comparative analysis and literature review, and discusses the existing problems. The existing opportunities and challenges, and combined with the current market environment proposed to expand the development direction of Mianyang Postal savings Bank personal finance business, improve the Mianyang Postal savings Bank personal finance business operation mode, actively develop multi-level and multi-form financial products, Strengthen the marketing, strengthen the information construction of Mianyang Postal savings Bank, and improve the development strategy of Mianyang Postal savings Bank's personal finance business.
