S公司宽带业务优化项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着互联网技术的高速发展,各大互联网企业巨头纷纷崛起,网络普及千家万户,海量信息更迭迅速,新的市场格局促使传统电信行业转型。以短信、语音、传统增值业务为盈利点的发展模式受到冲击。运营商需要优化、开发移动互联网周边产品,寻找新的收入增长点。因此,基础网络建设势在必行,S公司在起步较晚的情况下,加快宽带网络建设,包括光纤网络的工程建设,提高城市、乡镇各大小区的覆盖率;加快营销步伐,迅速扩充用户数,占有市场;并且加快业务周边产品的研发进度。本文以S公司宽带业务优化项目为案例,研究其项目进度管理问题。首先阐述本文涉及的项目进度管理基本概念,再从业务发展情况、业务优化现状进行分析,说明利用进度管理手段开展该项目的必要性。然后分别从进度计划、进度控制两大方面,研究项目全过程管理。实践结果显示,在开展项目前制定计划,能够提高资源整合能力,缩短项目工期。进度控制贯穿全程,对项目执行情况有较好的把控,确保完成计划目标。结合该项目的研究的成果以及工作实践,得出一些结论,在现今的电信行业内,产品业务优化或者营销活动,如果缺少管理手段,易造成人力成本、促销成本、管理成本的不合理配置,最终导致业务优化或创新流于形式。电信行业内业务众多,广泛推行项目制,利用项目管理手段开展业务开发及优化,在提高管理水平、提升执行效率方面大有裨益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology, the major Internet enterprises have emerged, network popularization of thousands of households, mass information changes rapidly, the new market pattern to promote the transformation of traditional telecommunications industry. Short message, voice, traditional value-added business as a profit point of the development model has been impacted. Operators need to optimize the development of mobile Internet peripheral products, looking for new revenue growth. Therefore, the construction of basic network is imperative. Under the condition of starting late, we should speed up the construction of broadband networks, including the construction of optical fiber networks, increase the coverage of cities, towns and small areas, and speed up the pace of marketing. Rapidly expand the number of users, occupy the market; and accelerate the development of products around the business progress. This paper takes S company broadband service optimization project as an example to study its project schedule management problem. Firstly, the basic concept of project schedule management involved in this paper is expounded, and then the necessity of using schedule management to carry out the project is analyzed from the situation of business development and the status quo of business optimization. Then the whole process management of the project is studied from the two aspects of schedule planning and schedule control. The results show that planning before the project can improve the ability of resource integration and shorten the project duration. Progress control throughout the entire process, good control of project implementation, to ensure the completion of the planned goals. Combined with the research results and work practice of the project, some conclusions are drawn. In today's telecommunications industry, if the lack of management means, product business optimization or marketing activities, it is easy to cause labor costs, promotion costs, The unreasonable allocation of management cost ultimately leads to business optimization or innovation as a mere formality. There are a lot of business in the telecommunication industry, so it is beneficial to carry out project system widely and to develop and optimize the business by means of project management, which can improve the management level and improve the efficiency of execution.
