中国邮政储蓄银行巴彦淖尔市分行绩效管理体系的改进研究

【摘要】:中国邮政储蓄银行巴彦淖尔市分行自成立以来,业务发展较快,呈现良好的发展态势,在向现代商业银行转型方面也取得了较好的效果,为其进一步发展打下了坚实基础,创造了良好的条件。但是,在当前银行运营较好的形势面前,需要保持冷静的头脑和理性的认识,清醒地看到面临的困难与存在的问题日益严峻。现在业务品种越来越丰富,业务规模越来越大,经营风险越来越多,同业竞争越来越强,这就要求在实现业务快速发展的同时,也要关注自身经济发展的质量和效益。 本文采用实证和动态分析方法,对中国邮政储蓄银行巴彦淖尔市分行现有的绩效管理现状进行研究和分析,查找之前的绩效管理办法存在的主要问题,在科学的绩效管理理论指导下,有针对性地提出改进的对策,设计出一套新的绩效管理体系。为了确保绩效管理体系改革的顺利进行,提出了建立有效的改革保障措施。本文研究的目标是通过对中国邮政储蓄银行巴彦淖尔市分行的绩效管理体系的分析,逐步完善绩效管理机制,最终促进组织绩效的不断提高,找到员工与企业共同发展的契合点,从而达到双赢。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of Bayannur City Branch of China Postal savings Bank, its business has developed rapidly, showing a good trend of development, and it has also achieved good results in the transformation to modern commercial banks, which has laid a solid foundation for its further development. Good conditions have been created. However, in the face of the current situation of good bank operation, it is necessary to keep a cool head and rational understanding, and see clearly that the difficulties and existing problems are becoming increasingly severe. Nowadays, the variety of business is more and more abundant, the scale of business is more and more large, the risk of operation is more and more, and the competition among the same industry is more and more strong, which requires us to pay attention to the quality and benefit of our own economic development while realizing the rapid development of business. In this paper, the empirical and dynamic analysis method is used to study and analyze the current performance management situation of Bayannur Branch of China Post savings Bank, and to find out the main problems existing in the previous performance management methods. Under the guidance of scientific theory of performance management, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of improvement and designs a new system of performance management. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the reform of performance management system, the effective reform guarantee measures are put forward. The aim of this paper is to improve the performance management system of China Postal savings Bank Bayannur City Branch, and finally promote the continuous improvement of organizational performance. Find out the common development of employees and enterprises, so as to achieve a win-win.
