中国调味品展加大数据分析促进多元发展

【摘要】:正2016年7月14日,由中国调味品协会主办、李锦记协办的2016年全国调味品行业食品安全工作座谈会连续第八年在北京召开。中国调味品协会常务副会长兼理事会总干事卫祥云在座谈会上致辞,提出了供给侧结构性改革与企业创新的新思路。他表示,食品企业必须要重视信息工作,认真做好大数据提供资料的分析。食品行业发展趋缓的形势下,创业越来越艰难,创新越来越重要,但企业一定要认识到创新的意义,不能盲目跟风,要经过大数据的分
[Abstract]:On July 14, 2016, the 2016 National Symposium on Food Safety in the seasoning Industry was held in Beijing for the eighth consecutive year, sponsored by the China condiment Association and co-organized by Li Jinji. Wei Xiangyun, executive vice president and director-general of the China condiment Association, made a speech at the forum and put forward a new idea of supply-side structural reform and enterprise innovation. Under the situation of slow development of food industry, it is becoming more and more difficult to start a business, and innovation is becoming more and more important.
