【摘要】：破解压力过大问题,乡镇"一把手"要善于"鸣琴而治",勤于学习实践,练好授业解惑之功,当好布道师;善于统筹协调,练好谋篇布局之功,当好策划师;精于调查研究,练好明察秋毫之功,当好检验师;严于督促检查,练好陟罚臧否之功,当好裁判师,更好地践行党的群众路线。
