论领导决策中的科学精神

【摘要】：科学决策是提高领导效能的前提和基础。作为科学本性主观体现的科学精神,是决策者在长期科学实践中应形成的一种意识形态。自觉地以科学精神引领发展是实现领导决策科学化的根本所在。适应经济新常态和全面建设小康社会对领导决策提出了新要求,领导干部必须注重科学精神的培养,不断提高科学精神素养和科学决策能力。
[Abstract]:Scientific decision-making is the premise and basis for enhancing the efficiency of leadership. As the scientific spirit embodies the subjective nature of science is a kind of ideology, policymakers should be formed in the long-term practice of science. Consciously to lead the development of scientific spirit is essential to realize scientific decision making of leaders. To adapt to the new economic norm and building a well-off society put forward new requirements for leadership decision-making, leading cadres must pay attention to the cultivation of scientific spirit, and constantly improve the spirit of science literacy and scientific decision-making ability.
