【摘要】:和则与谐则是两种潜在的领导者达成组织目标可以运用的领导方式,和谐耦合体现为这两类领导方式的互动与转化。和则通过激发组织成员的能动性应对不确定性,在已有研究基础上,尝试将和则方式分为基础和则方式与情境和则方式两类,并区分弱不确定、强不确定、确定与不确定交织三种情境探讨了基础和则、情境和则与谐则三类领导方式的互动过程,纳入情境变化讨论了确定转不确定、不确定转确定两种情境变化对三类领导方式互动过程的影响。
[Abstract]:Harmony and harmony are two types of leadership that potential leaders can use to achieve organizational goals. Harmonious coupling is reflected in the interaction and transformation of the two types of leadership, and through stimulating the initiative of the members of the organization to deal with uncertainty, on the basis of existing research. This paper attempts to divide the harmony mode into two categories: the basic and the situational and the situational, and distinguishes the weak uncertainty, the strong uncertainty, the certainty and the uncertainty intertwined. The interactive process of the three kinds of leadership styles of situation and harmony is discussed in this paper. The influence of two kinds of situation changes on the interactive process of the three types of leadership is discussed by incorporating the situation change into uncertainty and uncertainty.
