谈领导者的用人之道

【摘要】：正江泽民总书记在党的十五大报告中指出:“按照革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化方针,建设一支适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质干部队伍,是我们的事业不断取得成功的关键。”因此,怎样用人,是一门学问,于国于民,举足轻重。这正如毛泽东同志所说的,“政治路线确定之后,干部就是决定的因素。”陈云同志一九三八年九月在延安任中央组织部长时,在对“抗大”毕业学员所作的关于《论干部政策》的著名讲演中曾提出了“了解人、气魄大、用得好、爱护人”十二个字的“用人之道”。这十二个字的“用人之道”,至今对于我们大胆地培养、提拔和使用好优秀人才,仍有极为重要的指导意义。
