【摘要】：当今的组织因管理过度而领导不力,扎莱茨尼克讨论了几方面的问题:在争鸣部分,解释了管理与领导的差异;在分析部分,阐明了差异产生的原因和表现;在后果部分,描述了依赖管理秘诀的后果;在出路部分,提出了恢复领导凸出地位的要素。
[Abstract]:In today's organization, where leadership is weak because of overmanagement, Zaledznik discusses several issues: in the contending section, it explains the differences between management and leadership; in the analytical part, it explains the causes and manifestations of the differences; in the consequences, The consequences of relying on management secrets are described, and in the outlet section, elements for restoring leadership prominence are proposed.
