【摘要】：“领导就是服务”是邓小平同志１９８５年提出的一个著名论断，如何全面正确地理解这一观点，，是各级领导能否自觉坚持全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨、密切党群关系、搞好领导工作的一个关键问题。本文从党群关系论、领导权力论、领导作风论和领导的荣辱论、服务方式转变论等四个方面进行了详细的论述。
[Abstract]:"leadership is service" is a famous conclusion put forward by Comrade Deng Xiaoping in 1985. How to fully and correctly understand this viewpoint is whether leaders at all levels can consciously adhere to the fundamental aim of serving the people wholeheartedly and maintain close relations between the Party and the masses. A key issue in doing a good job in leadership work. This paper discusses in detail the relationship between the Party and the masses, the theory of leadership power, the theory of leadership style, the theory of honor and disgrace of leadership, and the theory of transformation of service mode.
