【摘要】：正县委书记既是党的路线方针政策的贯彻执行者,又是对本地区各项事业实行领导的组织指挥者,更是对本地区全局性工作进行决策的主要责任承担者,其素质高低、能力大小,直接决定着整个县级领导班子战斗力和凝聚力的强弱,影响着一个地区各项工作的成败。
[Abstract]:The secretary of the Central Committee of the County Party Committee is not only the executor of the Party's line, principles and policies, but also the organizational commander who leads various undertakings in the region, and is also the main person responsible for making decisions on the overall work of the region. Its quality is high and low. Ability directly determines the strength and cohesion of the whole county-level leading group, and affects the success or failure of each work in a region.
