领导方式的趋向与现实选择——兼论民主方式与专制方式之间的权衡

【摘要】:本文基于在领导实践中对民主的误用,提出必须区分领导方式的发展趋向与领导者在领导过程中选择怎样的领导方式这两个不同层次的问题。民主作为领导方式的发展趋向是毫无疑义的,但在实施领导的过程中,领导者需要在民主和专制两种领导方式之间权衡。因为,在民主与专制之间有相当大的空间,领导者必须根据自身素质、组织内员工的特性及具体工作环境和条件来选择领导方式,并且要善于把一些抽象的领导原则具体化、程序化。
[Abstract]:Based on the misuse of democracy in the practice of leadership, this paper points out that it is necessary to distinguish between the development trend of leadership style and the leadership style chosen by leaders in the process of leadership. There is no doubt that democracy as a trend of leadership, but in the process of implementing leadership, leaders need to balance between democracy and autocracy. Because there is considerable space between democracy and despotism, leaders must choose leadership methods according to their own qualities, the characteristics of their employees and the specific working environment and conditions, and they should be good at concretizing some abstract principles of leadership.
