【摘要】：正当前,宏观经济发展仍处于增长速度换挡期、结构调整阵痛期和前期刺激政策消化期,就镇江而言,发展基本面良好,总体稳中有进,但主要经济指标下行风险加大,转型升级、民生改善、社会稳定都面临更大压力。这是经济发展进入新常态所带来的影响和结果,对各层各级领导方式和治理能力也提出了新的挑战和要求。谋划当前及今后一阶段的工作,必须准确把握新常态下的新要求,重点从以下四个方面努力,进一步转变领导方式,提高治理
[Abstract]:At present, the macroeconomic development is still in the period of shifting the growth rate, the period of structural adjustment pains and the period of digestion of the previous stimulus policies. As far as Zhenjiang is concerned, the development fundamentals are good and the overall progress is steady, but the downside risks of the major economic indicators are increased.
