从东汉名将寇恂的胸怀和胆识看领导素养

【摘要】：正寇恂(?—36年),字子翼,上谷昌平(今北京市)人,出身世家大族。他是东汉开国名将,"云台二十八将"之一,为刘秀建立东汉王朝立下了不朽功勋,有"东汉萧何"之誉。刘秀称帝后,寇恂历任河内太守(行大将军事)、颍川太守、汝南太守、执金吾等职,封雍奴侯。寇恂的博大胸怀和卓荦胆识在史书上留下了流光溢彩的一页。
