[Abstract]:The cause of leader's "picky psychology" and the correction of Guan Nianhua's "picky psychology" is a kind of morbid psychology formed in the process of dealing with the relationship between superior and subordinate. Some leaders do not pay attention to the cultivation of psychological quality, take me as the center of everything, inveigle, reproach and ridicule their subordinates. Over time, they suffer from the disease of "picky and obsessive." This mild mental illness makes it difficult to be between superiors and inferiors.
