【摘要】：领导科学研究要坚持正确的方向,以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,认真落实科学发展观;领导科学研究应当围绕大局,抓住着眼点、明确出发点,把握重点、集中力量解决难点问题;领导科学研究应当把握领导规律,努力实现理论创新;更好地发挥领导科学研究会的作用,推进领导科学研究的不断发展。
[Abstract]:Leading scientific research should adhere to the correct direction, take the Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of "Three Represents" as the guidance, conscientiously implement the Scientific Outlook on Development; the leading scientific research should focus on the overall situation, grasp the point of departure, grasp the point of departure, grasp the key point, and concentrate on solving the difficult questions; leading scientific research should grasp the law of leadership and work hard. We should make innovations in theory, give full play to the role of the leading scientific research council and promote the continuous development of leading scientific research.
