【摘要】：正有一位领导同志,上任后在会议上的发言稿,大多是自己动手写,就是大型重要会议上的发言,自己也先理出一个提纲来,秘书起草后自己反复修改。每次讲话都能联系实际,思想性、针对性强,说到点子上,很受听者的欢迎。他平时还好学不倦,注意研究思考现实中的问题,挤时间写出了许多有指导意义的文章,令人由衷的佩服。与此相反,我们有的领导同志则不是这样,不管是大小会议的发言,那怕是一般性工作汇报、座谈会
