决策分析中的信息结构研究

【摘要】：在现实社会中,信息的不可比性是一个普遍存在的现象。在大量的商务管理活动中,不可避免地要面临多种信息,常常需要将多个商务信息进行比较和汇总。当这些信息总体本身不可比较时,简单地汇总将失去意义,不恰当方式的处理将直接影响到汇总资料的真实性和科学性,使决策者难以对客观事物作出正确的判断并可能导致决策的失误。这就需要对不可比的商务信息进行科学的调整,提高它们的可比性。一种可行的思路是结合深入分析信息差异的表现形式和基本特征,采用定量分析的方法和技术,依据合理的准则,提出操作性较强的调整方法,以减少决策的风险
[Abstract]:In the real society, the incomparability of information is a common phenomenon. In a large number of business management activities, it is inevitable to face a variety of information, it is often necessary to compare and summarize multiple business information. When the information itself is not comparable, a simple summary will be meaningless, and improper processing will directly affect the authenticity and scientific nature of the summary data. It is difficult for decision makers to make correct judgment on objective things and may lead to decision-making mistakes. This needs to carry on the scientific adjustment to the incomparable business information, enhances their comparability. One feasible way of thinking is to combine with the in-depth analysis of the manifestation and basic characteristics of information differences, adopt the method and technology of quantitative analysis, and put forward a feasible adjustment method based on reasonable criteria, so as to reduce the risk of decision making.
