【摘要】:正20世纪60年代,哈佛大学商学院教授钱德勒(A.D.Chandler)在对美国通用汽车公司、杜邦公司、西尔斯百货公司、新泽西石油公司等知名公司组织结构变迁进行典型案例研究后,提出了战略管理中的"结构追随战略"原理,即组织的结构必须根据战略进行设计和调整,一旦战略发生变化,组织结构就必须进行相应的变化,否则就会陷入混乱。
[Abstract]:In 1960s, Chandler (A.D.Chandler), a professor at the Harvard University business school, made a typical case study on the organizational structure changes of well-known companies such as General Motors Corporation, DuPont Co, Sears Co and New Jersey Petroleum Corporation, and proposed the principle of "structure following strategy" in strategic management, that is, the structure of the organization must be rooted. According to strategy design and adjustment, once the strategy changes, the organizational structure must be changed accordingly, otherwise it will be in chaos.
