略谈走出决策思维的误区

【摘要】：21世纪是信息爆炸时代 ,面临已变化莫测的世界 ,许多决策者固然失措 ,做出许多失误决策 ,其失误决策既有主观原因 ,又有客观原因。本文着重从思维方面分析决策误区 :惰性决策 ;经验决策 ;晕轮决策 ;从众决策等 ,并探讨走出决策思维的误区措施 :优化决策者的知识结构、三维思维、情商教育、创造性思维等
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of information explosion, facing the unpredictable world, many decision makers are out of step and make many wrong decisions, which have subjective and objective reasons. This paper focuses on the analysis of the mistakes in decision-making from the perspective of thinking: inert decision making, empirical decision making, halo decision making, crowd decision making and so on, and discusses the measures to get out of the erroneous zone of decision thinking: optimizing the knowledge structure of decision makers, three dimensional thinking, and so on. EQ education, creative thinking, etc.
