东西方领导思想的比较研究──当代西方领导观念与领导方式的变革

【摘要】：２０世纪初和二战以后，，特别是近二十年以来，西方的领导理论与领导方式出现了前所未有的新特点。从领导职责、领导方法、决策方式到用人思想都发生了根本性变革。领导职责从无所不管转变为有所不管；领导方法从“事必躬亲”转变为“不问琐事”；决定方式从内部咨询的个人决策转变为以外部咨询为标志的民主化决策；用人思想上从要求下属服从转变为激发下属的主动性、创造性，以及种种全新的激励方法。本文通过分析西方领导思想的这些新特点和我国的领导观念进行比较性研究，对于改革和发展市场经济条件下的我国领导科学是很有意义的。同时也认为目前国内不少东西方管理思想比较研究的论著，多从文化传统、思维方式的比较是远远不够的。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20th century and after World War II, especially in the last two decades, the western leadership theory and style have appeared unprecedented new characteristics. Fundamental changes have taken place in leadership responsibilities, methods of leadership, decision-making methods and thinking of employing people. The leading responsibility has changed from nothing to something; the method of leadership has changed from "hands-on" to "not asking for trivialities"; the way of decision has changed from personal decision of internal consultation to democratic decision marked by external consultation. In terms of thinking, it requires subordinates to change from service to initiative, creativity, and all kinds of new motivation methods. Through the analysis of these new characteristics of the western leadership thought and the comparative study of our country's leadership concept, this paper is of great significance to the reform and development of our country's leadership science under the condition of market economy. At the same time, it is considered that the comparison of management thoughts between East and West is far from enough from cultural tradition and mode of thinking.
