ABC公司尾气利用项目的多目标决策分析

【摘要】: 层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)是美国运筹学家Satty T.L.于70年代提出的一种定性与定量分析相结合的多目标决策分析方法。其基本思路是:首先找出系统决策问题所涉及因素,再按其关联隶属关系构造递阶层次模型,,通过推理分析,对层次结构中各元素之间相对重要性进行判断及排序计算,找到解决问题最佳方案。由于它将决策者经验予以量化,对目标结构复杂且缺乏必要数据的情况较为实用,及在分析和解决问题时的简洁性、实用性和系统性,故这一方法值得在企业界特别是中小企业做决策时广泛采用、推广。 文章首先对ABC公司的黄磷生产工艺进行了简要介绍,并对工艺存在的问题进行了阐述,引出了对尾气进行净化利用的必要性、尾气净化利用项目须考虑到的因素,以及净化利用需要达到的技术要求,随之,文章分别列出了成都化工设计院对净化工段、各利用工段工艺流程的多套设计方案。 论文接着对各工段的不同设计方案进行了定性分析、评价与初步选择,并在剩余方案基础上组合出3套总的尾气净化利用方案,文章尝试着对这些总净化利用方案的主要技术评价指标用专家评价法进行了量化,形成了尾气利用项目的技术评价指标体系。 论文还对这些总的净化利用方案对产品生产成本的降低量分别进行了计算,作者在这些成本降低量的基础上计算出了个方案主要的经济效益指标,形成了研究对象的经济指标体系。在第6章作者还对项目方案的社会效益进行了分析、排序。 最后,论文用技术评价指标、经济指标、社会效益评价指标构建出层次分析法结构模型,并采用权值分配法对同一层次各元素关于上一层次中某个属性重要程度进行两两比较,从而构造出符合一致性要求的判断矩阵,并依据判断矩阵计算被比较元素对于该属性相对权值。然后应用递推原理自上而下地计算各层次元素对目标层权值,直到得出最底层各方案对目标层合成权值为止,并以据计算结果对各方案涉及因素、指标作了简要评述,确定最终优劣次序。 依据论文最后得出的方案优劣次序,作者提出了对ABC公司尾气利用方案的结论与建议。
[Abstract]:Analytic hierarchy process (Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP) is an American operational research scientist Satty T. L. A multi-objective decision analysis method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis was proposed in 1970's. The basic ideas are as follows: first, find out the factors involved in the system decision problem, then construct the hierarchical submodel according to its association and membership relationship, then judge and rank the relative importance among the elements in the hierarchical structure by reasoning and analysis, and calculate the relative importance among the elements in the hierarchy structure. Find the best solution to the problem. Because it quantifies the experience of decision makers, it is useful in situations where the objective structure is complex and the necessary data is lacking, and is concise, practical and systematic in the analysis and resolution of problems, Therefore, this method is worthy to be widely used and popularized in the business community, especially in small and medium-sized enterprises. In this paper, the production process of yellow phosphorus in ABC Company is introduced briefly, and the problems existing in the process are expounded. The necessity of purification and utilization of tail gas and the factors to be taken into account in the project of purification and utilization of tail gas are introduced. And the technical requirements of purification and utilization. Then, the paper lists several sets of design schemes for purification section and each utilization section process of Chengdu Chemical Engineering Design Institute. Then, qualitative analysis, evaluation and preliminary selection of different design schemes of each section are carried out, and three sets of total exhaust purification and utilization schemes are combined on the basis of the remaining schemes. This paper attempts to quantify the main technical evaluation indexes of these total purification and utilization schemes by means of expert evaluation method, and forms a technical evaluation index system for exhaust gas utilization projects. The paper also calculates the reduction of product production cost by these total purification and utilization schemes. Based on the cost reduction, the author calculates the main economic benefit index of the project. Formed the economic index system of the research object. In Chapter 6, the author also analyzes the social benefits of the project. Finally, the paper uses the technical evaluation index, the economic index, the social benefit evaluation index to construct the analytic hierarchy process structure model, and uses the weight value distribution method to carry on the pairwise comparison to each element of the same level regarding the certain attribute importance degree in the previous level. Thus, the judgment matrix which meets the consistency requirement is constructed, and the relative weight of the compared element to the attribute is calculated according to the judgment matrix. Then, the recursive principle is applied to calculate the weight of each level element to the target layer from top to bottom, until the synthesis weight of the lowest scheme to the target layer is obtained, and the factors involved in each scheme are briefly reviewed according to the calculation results. Determine the final order of advantage and disadvantage. According to the superior and inferior order of the scheme, the author puts forward the conclusion and suggestion of the exhaust gas utilization scheme of ABC Company.
