女性领导干部成长的阻碍因素探析

【摘要】：正当前,总体来看,女性领导干部的成长呈现出非常良好的态势,但仍存在一些值得关注的问题,主要体现在以下几个方面:从个体因素看,女性领导干部多为非主动从政,被动从政倾向明显;整体后备力量素质有待提高;"女强人危机"也是应引起普遍关注的问题。
