【摘要】:冷链物流在人们的日常生活中发挥着重要作用。随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,人民生活水平不断的提高。与此同时,伴随着人们对生活品质的追求以及对食品安全的关注也越来越高。农产品是人类一日三餐的原材料,具有需求大、易变质、冷藏保鲜的特点,这使得农产品冷链配送成本高昂。因此,对农产品冷链物流配送路径优化进行研究,能够加快农产品的销售和流通,降低配送成本,提高企业效益和客户效用,推动冷链物流的快速发展。首先,本文对农产品冷链物流基础理论和车辆路径问题基础理论进行了介绍,对农产品冷链物流及冷链配送的概念、分类、冷链配送的特点、车辆路径优化算法进行阐述,为后文农产品冷链配送路径优化模型的构建及求解奠定理论基础。其次,对农产品冷链配送成本进行分析,综合考虑客户服务时间窗约束、车辆容量约束、客户满意度约束,以总成本最小为目标,构建了含补偿机制的农产品冷链配送路径优化模型。然后,以美食林公司配送中心的冷却肉配送为例,获取相关数据,带入本文所建立的农产品冷链配送路径优化模型,并用改进的蚁群算法进行求解,得到了总成本最小的最佳配送路径。最后,针对美食林公司冷却肉配送中遇到的问题,给出了提高该公司配送中心冷链配送效率的对策与措施。
[Abstract]:Cold chain logistics plays an important role in people's daily life. With the rapid development of our national economy, people's living standards are constantly improving. Along with people's pursuit of quality of life and the concern for food safety, agricultural products are the raw materials for three meals a day, which have the characteristics of large demand, easy to deteriorate and keep fresh in cold storage. This makes the cold chain distribution of agricultural products high cost. Therefore, the research on the distribution path optimization of cold chain logistics of agricultural products can speed up the sale and circulation of agricultural products, reduce the distribution costs, improve the efficiency of enterprises and customer utility. Promote the rapid development of cold-chain logistics. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic theory of cold-chain logistics of agricultural products and the basic theory of vehicle routing problem, and classifies the concepts of cold-chain logistics and cold-chain distribution of agricultural products. The characteristics of cold-chain distribution, vehicle routing optimization algorithm is elaborated, which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction and solution of cold-chain distribution path optimization model for agricultural products. Secondly, the cost of cold-chain distribution of agricultural products is analyzed. Considering the constraints of customer service time window, vehicle capacity and customer satisfaction, a cold chain distribution path optimization model of agricultural products with compensation mechanism is constructed, aiming at the minimum total cost. Take the cooling meat distribution in the distribution center of the food forest company as an example, obtain the relevant data, bring into the cold-chain distribution path optimization model of agricultural products established in this paper, and use the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the problem. The optimal distribution path with the lowest total cost was obtained. Finally, the countermeasures and measures to improve the efficiency of cold chain distribution in the distribution center of the food forest company were put forward in view of the problems encountered in the distribution of cooling meat in the food forest company.
