山西省煤炭物流网络设计研究

【摘要】:煤炭作为一种国家战略性的能源,在我国应用相当广泛。随着近年来,煤炭行业逐渐进入低谷期,整个行业面临着调整与革新。在经济高速发展时被掩盖的一些粗放发展的弊病逐渐显现,如物流规划不合理导致的高运价,地方保护主义导致的运输距离延长,各种煤矿点选址的不合理等等。各种问题都表明,在当前形势下高效率的运用煤炭资源显得尤为重要。作为一种低附加值的产品,煤炭运输在整个煤炭开发利用中占有举足轻重的地位。因此,规划高效率低成本的煤炭运输网络既是煤炭产业发展的重点也是其健康高效造福社会的必要条件。对于物流节点选址问题的研究一直是物流领域及学术界研究的重点,本文将在以有的研究成果上做出适当的调整和创新。在文章开始,本文分别从所研究的背景、研究的必要性、研究的内容和方法以及国内外研究情况四方面入手,对文章主题进行较为详细的背景介绍和宏观把握。包括我国整体的能源格局和分布开发情况,我国煤炭物流运输目前存在的一些问题,以及将要运用的关于节点选址、路径优化的相关方法介绍。随后,本文对论文中涉及到的相关理论做简要陈述,对目前国内外学术界的相关研究方法做出简要罗列。在此基础上,本文分别从煤炭生产点的选址、中断情形下的物流中心点的选址及整个系统的路径优化三方面展开对山西省煤炭物流课题的研究。在煤矿生产点选址方面,本文主要以Arcgis地里信息系统软件为工具,山西省煤层分布情况为依据,绘制出以山西省现有煤炭储量为选址依据的煤矿生产点分布图。并从中选出备选的煤矿生产点作为后文中断情形下物流中心选址的依据;在物流中心选址方面,本文充分考虑了不确定性风险发生的可能,尝试着通过建立一种数学模型来模拟出一种可以最大限度的降低中断风险发生所带来的成本增加的高鲁棒性的供应链体系,并且运用拉格朗日松弛算法进行求解;在物流通道优化方面,本文着重考虑了在需求点需求不确定情形下的通道优化问题,将优化问题分为两步:第一步是在特定的需求环境下,以最小成本为依据来决定最佳的路径选择计划,第二步运用建立好的数学模型来进一步确定路径选择的种类(公路、铁路)从而使整个物流网络运行效应最大化。最后总结了本文的创新点和解决的具体问题,同时分别从变量的选取、数据的采集、模型的优化等方面介绍了本文的不足和待改进之处。
[Abstract]:As a kind of national strategic energy, coal is widely used in China. With the recent years, the coal industry has gradually entered a low period. The whole industry is faced with adjustment and innovation. In the rapid development of the economy, some problems of extensive development gradually appear, such as unreasonable logistics planning resulting in high freight rates, local protectionism caused by the extension of transport distance. All kinds of problems show that the efficient use of coal resources is particularly important in the current situation. As a low value-added product. Coal transportation plays an important role in the development and utilization of coal. Planning the coal transportation network with high efficiency and low cost is not only the focus of the coal industry development but also the necessary condition for its health and efficiency to benefit the society. The point. This paper will make appropriate adjustments and innovations on some research results. At the beginning of the article, this paper respectively from the background of the study, the necessity of research. The contents and methods of the research as well as the domestic and foreign research in four aspects, the article theme of a more detailed background and macro-grasp, including the overall energy pattern and distribution of development in China. Coal logistics transportation in China has some problems, as well as the use of node location, path optimization related to the introduction. Subsequently, this paper makes a brief description of the related theory involved in the paper. On the basis of a brief list of relevant research methods at home and abroad, this paper respectively from the coal production sites. The location of the logistics center and the path optimization of the whole system are studied in three aspects: the coal logistics project in Shanxi Province, and the location of the coal production site in the coal mine. This paper mainly takes the Arcgis field information system software as the tool, Shanxi Province coal seam distribution situation as the basis. The distribution map of coal production sites based on the existing coal reserves in Shanxi Province is drawn, and the alternative coal production sites are selected as the basis for the location of logistics center under the situation of later interruption. In the logistics center location, this paper fully considered the possibility of uncertainty risk. Try to establish a mathematical model to simulate a supply chain system with high robustness which can minimize the cost increase caused by interruption risk. And the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm is used to solve the problem. In the aspect of logistics channel optimization, this paper focuses on the channel optimization problem in the case of demand point demand uncertainty. The optimization problem is divided into two steps: the first step is in a specific demand environment. Based on the minimum cost to determine the best path selection plan, the second step to establish a good mathematical model to further determine the type of path choice (highway). Railway) so as to maximize the operation effect of the entire logistics network. Finally, this paper summarizes the innovation and specific problems solved, at the same time, from the selection of variables, data collection. The optimization of the model and other aspects of this paper and the shortcomings of the improvement.
