【摘要】：近年来,消费者不断增强的食品安全意识使得对食品安全问题的关注程度也越来越高,添加“塑化剂”的饮料、使用“苏丹红”的鸭蛋、添加“瘦肉精”的猪肉和“三聚氰胺”奶粉等一些存在安全隐患的商品冲击着消费者的底线。食品安全会对消费者的生命和健康造成很大的影响,还会使得整个食品市场的消费出现信誉危机,国家的公共信用和相关行业的发展也受到了很大程度的影响。另一方面,伴随着电子商务的发展,一些“土特产网”和在大中城市运营的“网上菜市场”农产品零售网站也开始出现,但是大部分都是一些小规模经销商在特定条件下和小程度内的运行。2011年,“我买网”和“菜管家”的成立意味着农产品行业在互联网平台上初步找到了专属的发展方向。虽然其他行业在互联网营销上面取得了很大的进步,但是农产品行业在开始阶段并没有受到互联网的带动。网上菜市场安全食品供应链研究的目的是明确安全食品供应链的开始端到终端的全过程,对供应链的各环节进行必要的设置,使之具有保障安全食品的功能,同时对供应链各环节制定符合实际状况的管理机制,使之能投入项目实施,保障项目实施的顺利进行。通过论述本文想达到如下目标:洁净车间净菜加工流水线、物流整合及分流流水线、冷链流水线管理、小区保管站分送流水线管理。本文的理论研究意义在于,食品供应链管理的研究可以进一步丰富供应链管理理论。本文在深入探讨食品供应链运行中的各种风险的基础上,利用了科学合理的理论知识和思路来研究生鲜食品供应网络中每个环节的行为和它们的结果,分析整个食品供应网络的运行机制。这有助于进一步丰富供应链管理理论。同时,注重理论联系实际,以S食品电子商务公司为例,分析了网上菜市场项目安全食品供应链管理存在的主要问题及其对策。实践意义在于,对食品供应链风险管理的分析,在不断提升食品供应系统收益的同时,提高食品的安全,提高居民的生活质量。也对于物流企业改进工作质量也有较大的促进作用。

At the same time, pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, take S food e-commerce company as an example.
