生鲜农产品供应链利润分配研究

【摘要】:生鲜农产品供应链是以生鲜农产品为经营核心和对象,由农户、生鲜农产品经营者、物流服务商以及消费者等组成的网络系统。由于生鲜农产品供应链的新鲜度易逝的特殊性,以及各主体风险、资源投入量、社会地理环境等的差异性,导致各成员企业利润分配的不合理和不公平。因此,本文通过新鲜度和主要影响因素的量化,对生鲜农产品供应链利润分配进行研究。本文研究内容:第一步,生鲜农产品供应链利润分配的主要影响因素量化。首先确定生鲜农产品供应链利润分配的分配原则,如公平分配原则、投入资源与收益对称原则、风险与利润对称原则等,然后介绍了影响利润分配的相关因素,包括风险因素、投入因素、创新因素等,以及对成员影响因素的含义进行阐述;最后对生鲜农产品供应链利润分配影响因素进行量化,便于对经典Shapely值法进行改进。第二步,构造新鲜度的量化函数。引入生鲜农产品的根本属性新鲜度,对新鲜度的含义进行确定,进一步引入了新鲜度衰减指数,结合指数函数、衰减时间、新鲜度的投入要素,最终构造新鲜度的量化函数。第三步,实施生鲜农产品供应链利润分配建模及模型改进。(1)结合量化影响利润分配的主要因素,对经典Shapely值法进行改进,从客观方面解决生鲜农产品供应链利润分配问题;(2)从主观方面运用网络分析法ANP解决生鲜农产品供应链利润分配问题,体现了生鲜农产品供应链成员主体的相关关系,以及成员主体和影响因素的相关关系;(3)将改进的Shapely值法和ANP进行结合,从主客观两方面对生鲜农产品供应链进行利润分配研究;(4)利用新鲜度,结合利润分配修正公式,再次对改进的Shapely值法和ANP所分配的利润进行修正,以获得最终的利润分配方案。
[Abstract]:Supply chain of fresh agricultural products is based on fresh agricultural products as the core and object, by farmers, fresh agricultural operators. Logistics service providers and consumers constitute a network system. Due to the freshness of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products, the particularity of the perishable, as well as the main risks, resource inputs, social geographical environment and other differences. This paper studies the supply chain profit distribution of fresh agricultural products through the quantity of freshness and main influencing factors. The content of this paper: the first step. The main factors affecting the profit distribution of fresh agricultural products supply chain are quantified. Firstly, the principles of profit distribution in fresh agricultural products supply chain, such as the principle of fair distribution, the principle of symmetry of input resources and income, are determined. The principle of symmetry between risk and profit is introduced, and then the related factors affecting profit distribution are introduced, including risk factor, input factor, innovation factor, and the meaning of member's influence factor. Finally, the factors affecting the profit distribution of fresh agricultural products supply chain are quantified, which is convenient to improve the classical Shapely value method. The second step. Construct the quantitative function of freshness. Introduce the basic attribute of fresh agricultural products freshness, determine the meaning of freshness, further introduce freshness attenuation index, combined with exponential function, attenuation time. The input elements of freshness, finally construct the quantitative function of freshness. The third step, the implementation of fresh agricultural product supply chain profit distribution modeling and model improvement. 1) combined with quantification of the main factors affecting the distribution of profits. The classical Shapely value method is improved to solve the profit distribution problem of fresh agricultural products supply chain objectively. 2) applying network analysis method (ANP) to solve the profit distribution problem of fresh agricultural products supply chain from the subjective aspect, which reflects the relationship between the members of fresh agricultural products supply chain. And the relationship between the member subject and the influencing factors; 3) combine the improved Shapely value method with ANP to study the profit distribution of fresh agricultural products supply chain from subjective and objective aspects. 4) using freshness and profit distribution correction formula, the improved Shapely value method and the profit distribution by ANP are revised again to obtain the final profit distribution scheme.
