基于供应链管理的RFID技术在冷链物流中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国物流领域分工的细化和大众消费水平的提高,消费者对低温产品的需求逐渐提高,在推动了我国冷链物流发展的同时也提出了更高的要求。但是,从整体上来看目前我国冷链物流行业存在着基础设施落后、冷链物流市场业务混乱、企业间信息沟通困难、物流作业效率低和运输过程中易腐产品损耗大等问题。针对以上存在的问题,本文提出要以先进的供应链管理方法和信息技术来解决目前冷链物流业务混乱、货损高、作业效率低等问题。在供应链管理中对物流信息的管理是重点,但是目前广泛使用的信息载体条码技术因完全依靠人工逐一扫描来采集信息这种方式无形中降低了低温货物的作业效率和流转速度,且因无法获取低温产品运输过程中的温度信息造成了运输环节的封闭状态。综上所述本文提出以RFID技术取代条码技术并其设计应用到冷链物流各个作业环节中,根据RFID技术能远距离快速准确识别多个运动着的货物特点来提高冷链物流作业效率和准确性,同时将温度传感器内置于电子标签中实时采集运输配送过程中的环境温度值来降低温度波动给低温货物造成的品质下降和货损。最后以海河乳业的酸奶冷链物流为案例分析对象,提出了从基础设施、RFID技术应用等方面改善冷链物流设施落后、信息获取速度慢和不全面的问题。并提出构建以RFID为基础的物流信息系统,通过共享每个节点企业系统中保存的数据信息,使节点企业相互监控业务执行情况,以此提高冷链物流的管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the division of labor in the field of logistics in China and the improvement of public consumption level, consumer demand for low-temperature products gradually increased, which promoted the development of cold chain logistics in China, but also put forward higher requirements. From the overall point of view, the cold chain logistics industry in China has a backward infrastructure, cold chain logistics market business chaos, information communication between enterprises is difficult. Logistics operation efficiency is low and perishable products are worn out in transportation process. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes to use advanced supply chain management methods and information technology to solve the current cold chain logistics business chaos. In the supply chain management, logistics information management is the focus. However, the information carrier barcode technology, which is widely used at present, has reduced the operation efficiency and the flow speed of the low-temperature cargo intangibly because it completely depends on the manual scanning one by one to collect the information. And because it is impossible to obtain the temperature information in the process of cryogenic product transportation, the closed state of transportation link is caused. In summary, this paper proposes to replace barcode technology with RFID technology and its design is applied to each operation ring of cold chain logistics. In the section. According to the RFID technology can identify the characteristics of many moving goods quickly and accurately to improve the efficiency and accuracy of cold chain logistics. At the same time, the temperature sensor is built into the electronic label to collect the environmental temperature value in the transportation and distribution process in order to reduce the quality and damage caused by the temperature fluctuation. Finally, the cold chain logistics of the yoghurt of Haihe dairy industry is used to reduce the quality and damage caused by the temperature fluctuation. As a case study object. This paper puts forward the problems of improving the cold chain logistics facilities from the aspects of infrastructure and RFID technology application, and puts forward the problems of slow and incomplete information acquisition, and puts forward the construction of logistics information system based on RFID. By sharing the data information stored in each node enterprise system, the node enterprises can monitor each other's business execution, so as to improve the management level of cold chain logistics.
