基于资源整合的国储物流动态联盟模式研究

【摘要】:国储物流动态联盟作为国储物流企业发展的一种新型组织形式,其目的是通过构建动态物流联盟进一步整合资源,提高国储物流企业的经济收益和管理技术水平,并实现一定的社会效益。本文系统地研究了国储物流动态联盟的构建过程、组织模式、合作伙伴选择及收益分配等相关问题,为国储物流企业构建动态联盟提供了一定的理论基础。论文的主要内容如下: 首先,分析了我国第三方物流基于资源整合的动态物流联盟背景,结合我国第三方物流企业中的特殊群体——国储物流企业,对其实施动态物流联盟模式的驱动因素及可行性进行分析,得出:为了优化配置资源、降低交易成本、形成规模效应,国储物流有需要也有条件构建动态物流联盟。 其次,根据动态物流联盟的基础平台和关键要素,结合国储物流特色,推导出国储物流动态联盟的定义,指出了它的内涵及特征。并根据动态联盟的生命周期理论,阐述了国储物流动态联盟的构建过程。 然后,根据动态物流联盟的一般模式,探讨出国储物流动态联盟的最佳模式应当是具有较强核心能力的国储物流企业为主导的协调机构,以信息、业务、技术三大平台为支撑,结合客户群和合作伙伴而成的组织模式。同时,对国储物流联盟构建过程中的伙伴选择与收益分配进行了详细分析并给出建议:合作伙伴应该在基于核心能力评价,以互补性、敏捷性、信任、创新的原则基础上进行筛选组合;收益分配应考虑整个系统的需求发展,根据联盟成员企业资源的投入、贡献、风险承担的大小,以公平合理为原则建立分配机制。 最后,分析S国储物流公司案例,总结出国储物流系统采取动态联盟模式的意义及价值。
[Abstract]:As a new type of organization for the development of national storage logistics enterprises, the purpose of the dynamic alliance is to further integrate the resources through the construction of the dynamic logistics alliance, and to improve the economic benefits and management technology of the national storage logistics enterprises. And achieve certain social benefits. This paper systematically studies the construction process, organization model, partner selection and income distribution of the dynamic alliance of the State Reserve Logistics, and so on. It provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of dynamic alliance for the national reserve logistics enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. First of all, the paper analyzes the dynamic logistics alliance based on the integration of resources in the third party logistics of our country, combining with the special group of the third party logistics enterprise in our country-the national reserve logistics enterprise. Through the analysis of the driving factors and feasibility of implementing the dynamic logistics alliance, it is concluded that in order to optimize the allocation of resources, reduce transaction costs and form a scale effect, it is necessary and conditional for the State Reserve Logistics to build a dynamic logistics alliance. Secondly, according to the basic platform and key elements of the dynamic logistics alliance, combined with the characteristics of the national storage logistics, the definition of the dynamic alliance is deduced, and the connotation and characteristics of the dynamic logistics alliance are pointed out, and according to the life cycle theory of the dynamic logistics alliance, This paper expounds the process of constructing the dynamic alliance of National Reserve Logistics. Then, according to the general model of the dynamic logistics alliance, the best model of the dynamic alliance should be the national storage logistics enterprise with strong core competence as the leading coordinating organization, with information and business. Technology three platforms for the support of a combination of customers and partners from the organizational model. At the same time, This paper makes a detailed analysis of partner selection and income distribution in the process of constructing the logistics alliance of the National Reserve and gives some suggestions: partners should be evaluated on the basis of core competence in order to complement each other, be agile, and trust. Based on the principle of innovation, the distribution of income should consider the development of the demand of the whole system, and establish the allocation mechanism according to the input, contribution and risk bearing of the enterprise resources of the alliance member enterprises, taking the principle of fairness and reasonableness as the principle. Finally, the paper analyzes the case of S National Storage Logistics Company, and summarizes the significance and value of adopting dynamic alliance model.
