K公司物流供应商选择方案优化研究

【摘要】:近几年,我国GDP增长放缓,由过去的高速增长转为中高速增长的新常态,而中国制造业受各种内部因素和外部压力的影响,也开始迈入制造业的新常态。随着全球制造业转型浪潮的不断升级,企业在紧跟世界潮流的同时最重要的是关注自身核心竞争力的提升,这样才能在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地。K公司是一家小型的港口机械生产公司,主要产品有叉车、集装箱正面吊、集装箱空箱叉车。随着公司地不断发展,业务地逐渐扩大,公司在物流供应商选择上存在的问题逐渐暴露出来。K公司对物流供应商的选择没有科学的判断依据,物流供应商的选择流程不完善,不注重战略物流供应商的开发,这使得公司选择的物流供应商无法满足公司的大部分物流需求,物流供应商的选择成本居高不下,物流效率却不见提高。为了改善K公司物流供应商的选择现状,在对物流供应商选择的相关理论知识进行梳理后,结合公司所处的行业环境,对K公司的物流供应商选择方案进行优化,运用更为科学的方法建立适合K公司的物流供应商选择评价体系、优化供应商的选择流程,发展战略物流供应商。在物流供应商选择评价体系的建立上,选用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法来构建。在指标的选择上,本课题以K公司的实际物流需求为基础,结合专业人员的建议,选取了物流成本、运作效率、经营效果、技术水平和是否有驻场人员5个一级指标,以及运输成本、仓储成本、准时交货率、顾客响应时间、交货柔性、资金状况、付款周期、运输技术、仓储技术、绑扎技术、信息技术、驻场操作人员和管理人员13个二级指标。K公司物流供应商选择评价指标体系建立、物流供应商选择流程优化和对战略物流供应商的开发,解决了K公司在物流供应商选择上存在的问题,节约了公司的物流成本,提高了公司的物流效率。

With the continuous upgrading of the global manufacturing transformation wave, the most important thing for enterprises to keep up with the world trend is to focus on the enhancement of their core competitiveness. In order to have a place in the fierce market competition. K Company is a small port machinery production company, the main products are forklifts, container cranes, empty container forklifts. As the company continues to develop, As the business expands gradually, the problems existing in the selection of logistics suppliers are gradually exposed. K company has no scientific basis for judging the selection of logistics suppliers, and the selection process of logistics suppliers is not perfect. Do not pay attention to the development of strategic logistics suppliers, which makes the company select logistics suppliers can not meet most of the company's logistics needs, logistics suppliers selection costs remain high, In order to improve the status of logistics supplier selection in K Company, after combing the relevant theoretical knowledge of logistics supplier selection, combined with the company's industry environment, The selection scheme of logistics supplier of K company is optimized, and the evaluation system of logistics supplier selection suitable for K company is established by using more scientific method, and the selection process of supplier is optimized. To develop strategic logistics suppliers. In the establishment of logistics supplier selection evaluation system, AHP combined qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to build. In the selection of indicators, this topic is based on the actual logistics demand of K company. Combined with the advice of the professionals, the paper selects five primary indexes, such as logistics cost, operation efficiency, management effect, technical level and presence of personnel, as well as transportation cost, warehousing cost, on-time delivery rate, customer response time, delivery flexibility, etc. Capital status, payment cycle, transportation technology, warehousing technology, binding technology, information technology, field operators and managers 13 secondary indicators. K company logistics supplier selection evaluation index system established, The optimization of logistics supplier selection process and the development of strategic logistics supplier solve the problem of logistics supplier selection in K company, save the logistics cost of the company and improve the logistics efficiency of the company.
