农产品冷链物流网络布局优化研究

【摘要】:随着我国消费水平的不断提升,消费者对生鲜农产品的需求越来越大。近年来,我国的冷链物流网络发展迅速,很多城市和企业开始进行冷链物流网络的布局,越来越多的冷链物流中心成为物流网络的核心节点。但是由于我国冷链物流起步较晚,也没有较为完善的冷链物流体系和标准,因此,现存的冷链物流网络布局会存在一些不合理,需要对现有的农产品冷链物流网络布局进行优化。 基于以上分析,本文通过建立农产品冷链物流网络布局优化模型解决目前农产品冷链物流网络布局不合理的问题。首先,通过大量文献阅读与现状研究,对冷链物流、物流网络基础理论进行分析与阐述,在理论基础上,对农产品冷链物流网络布局进行分析研究。通过对农产品冷链物流网络中冷链物流节点与配送路线的划分与功能分析,归纳总结农产品冷链物流网络的特点;其次,在分析农产品冷链物流网络重要节点的基础上,研究农产品冷链物流网络布局的现状,同时提出其存在的问题,进而得出农产品冷链物流网络布局优化的影响因素、原则和基本内容;而后结合以上内容,提出了基于双层规划的农产品冷链物流网络布局优化模型。在模型中,不仅考虑到农产品冷链物流网络成本和农产品在配送过程中的损耗成本,还考虑到新建物流中心与原有物流中心之间存在的竞争关系的影响;最后,选择遗传算法进行模型的求解,并选择L集团冷链物流网络为例,验证了本文模型和算法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of consumption level in China, consumers' demand for fresh agricultural products is increasing. In recent years, the cold-chain logistics network in China has developed rapidly, and many cities and enterprises have begun to layout cold-chain logistics networks. More and more cold chain logistics centers have become the core nodes of logistics network. However, due to the late start of cold chain logistics in China, there is no perfect cold chain logistics system and standard. The existing cold chain logistics network layout will exist some unreasonable, need to optimize the existing cold chain logistics network layout of agricultural products. Based on the above analysis, this paper solves the unreasonable problem of the cold chain logistics network layout of agricultural products by establishing the optimization model of the cold chain logistics network layout of agricultural products. First, through a lot of literature reading and current research, the paper analyzes the cold chain logistics. The basic theory of logistics network is analyzed and expounded. On the basis of the theory, the layout of cold chain logistics network of agricultural products is analyzed and studied. Through the division and function analysis of cold chain logistics node and distribution route in cold chain logistics network of agricultural products, The characteristics of cold chain logistics network of agricultural products are summarized. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the important nodes of cold chain logistics network of agricultural products, the present situation of the distribution of cold chain logistics network of agricultural products is studied, and the existing problems are put forward. Then the influencing factors, principles and basic contents of the cold-chain logistics network layout optimization of agricultural products are obtained. Then, combining with the above contents, the optimization model of agricultural cold-chain logistics network layout based on bilevel programming is proposed. In the model, Considering not only the cost of cold chain logistics network of agricultural products and the cost of loss of agricultural products in the distribution process, but also the influence of the competitive relationship between the new logistics center and the original logistics center; finally, The genetic algorithm is selected to solve the model and the L group cold chain logistics network is selected as an example to verify the feasibility of the model and algorithm in this paper.
