调度系统在物流行业中的应用研究与技术实现

【摘要】:近年来,随着网络和互联网技术的日益发展,智能调度物流业得到了前所未有的长足发展,但同时也暴露出传统物流派送效率的缺陷,利用网络技术和科学的调度算法及高性能计算调度集群来有效的提高物流派送的调度效率,是本文研究的主要方向和内容。本文通过研究了高性能物流调度算法主要实现将是将以往相互独立、比较零散的物流系统方式转换为以计算机信息管理方式,从而用计算机信息管理方式建成各个用户之间的密切关联,实现集中调度的一体化物流调度管理系统。通过研究和设计调度物流平台。基于研究的内容,本文重点设计和实现异地的物流仓库动态调度管理,满足每个仓库的商品达到动态平衡,以保障每个客户都能在最近仓库提到需要的商品。根据客户购买订单,按照全局调度散发,动态调度由仓库经由节点送达给最终客户,满足每个客户的订单配送,在每个节点中要进行订单合并与拆分计算;基于系统根据调度算法,以最短时间路径返还给生产单位,实现用户退货商品;基于每个出货商品打印唯一的条形码,利用扫码功能和GIS接口对每个商品的位置进行动态跟踪与定位。其主要功能包括供应商管理,车辆管理,仓库管理,站点管理,客户管理和系统管理六大子系统。本论文首先从国内外物流企业的现状和发展特点进行了分析和总结,对照发达国家对我国物流配送中所存在的问题进行了逐一的分析,讨论了物流调度管理系统的开发过程,并对关键技术进行了具体的分析和讨论。然后按照项目开发周期对系统进行概要设计、详细设计和数据库设计,以及编码实现,展示了每个功能模块的核心代码和页面。系统开发以后,并对系统进行了详细的软件测试,对bug进行修改和回归测试,解决了实现过程中出现的问题,实现了业务需求和设计,满足了系统最初业务需求中的要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of network and Internet technology, intelligent scheduling logistics industry has been unprecedented rapid development, but also exposed the shortcomings of traditional logistics delivery efficiency. By studying the high performance logistics scheduling algorithm, the main realization of this paper will be to transform the former independent and scattered logistics system mode into the computer information management mode. Thus, the computer information management method is used to establish the close relationship between the users and realize the integrated logistics scheduling management system of centralized scheduling. Through the research and design of scheduling logistics platform, based on the content of the research, This paper focuses on the design and implementation of dynamic scheduling and management of logistics warehouses in different places to meet the dynamic balance of goods in each warehouse, so as to ensure that every customer can mention the needed goods in the nearest warehouse. According to global dispatch, dynamic scheduling is delivered to the final customer by the warehouse through nodes, which satisfies the order distribution of each customer. The order is merged and split in each node, and based on the scheduling algorithm, Return the goods to the production unit in the shortest time path, realize the return of the goods by the user, print a unique bar code based on each shipped commodity, The main functions include supplier management, vehicle management, warehouse management, site management, etc. This paper first analyzes and summarizes the current situation and development characteristics of logistics enterprises at home and abroad, and analyzes the existing problems in logistics distribution in China one by one compared with developed countries. The development process of logistics dispatching management system is discussed, and the key technologies are analyzed and discussed. Then, according to the project development cycle, the outline design, detailed design and database design, as well as coding implementation of the system are carried out. The core codes and pages of each functional module are shown. After the system is developed, the system is tested in detail, and the bug is modified and regressed. The problems in the implementation process are solved, and the business requirements and design are realized. Meet the requirements of the initial business requirements of the system.
