APL航运公司战略联盟的案例研究

【摘要】:海运作为国际运输中历史悠久、运输量大以及成本低廉的运输方式,是国际贸易中最主要的运输方式。现阶段国际航运物流的发展随着世界经济一体化的深入已经比较成熟,国际航运市场的竞争日趋激烈,加之近年来欧美经济增长速度放缓,燃油、造船等成本的不断攀升,国际集装箱运输市场出现了整体变冷的趋势。面对不利的市场环境,航运企业的战略转型迫在眉睫,大联盟的整合时代正在到来,全球前二十家班轮公司纷纷寻找伙伴组合战略联盟,CKHY,G6,2M,O3等联盟陆续横空出世。APL公司是一间有100多年历史的大型班轮航运公司,在国际航运业排名一直处于前十位。然而在不断恶化的外部市场环境和成本压力下,公司连续数年处于经营亏损状态,面对残酷的现实,公司决定采取战略联盟策略来提高船舶舱位利用和资源配置效率,增加航班密度和停靠港口,扩大服务地区,以期实现规模经济。本文从航运市场形势入手,对航运企业的发展现状和面临的经营困难进行介绍和分析,首先进行文献收集并参考相关理论研究,找到联盟合作是有助于企业渡过行业低潮的有效措施之理论支持。随后展开APL公司加入G6联盟的实际案例分析,描述了公司战略联盟策略的选择、实施过程及其取得的初步成效,总结得出联盟经营是有利于现阶段航运企业发展的有效策略。同时进一步讨论如何在行业联盟中突出和保持企业自身优势、如何选择战略合作伙伴及如何有效规避联盟带来的风险并探讨突破联盟合作局限性的具体措施。最后本文得出案例启示,总结出如何确保成员间联合经营的顺利展开,成员企业如何在联盟合作中保持本企业的竞争优势,突破联盟局限以达到预期经营目标。本文同时可以为不同行业企业如何应对经营困境,如何时实施战略合作策略提供一定的参考依据。

However in the deteriorating The external market environment and cost pressures, companies in the consecutive years of operating losses, facing the cruel reality, the company decided to take the strategic alliance to improve the space utilization and the efficiency of resource allocation, increase the density of flight and ports, expand service areas, in order to achieve economies of scale. This article from the shipping market situation, development status the shipping companies and the operating difficulties are introduced and analyzed. Firstly, literature collection and relevant theoretical research, to find effective measures to support the theory of alliance is help enterprises through the industry downturn. The analysis of actual cases followed by APL company to join the G6 alliance, described the company strategic alliance strategy preliminary the effectiveness of the implementation process and the conclusion is the effective strategy of business alliance conducive to the development of shipping enterprises at the present stage. At the same time further. How to highlight and keep their own advantages in the industry alliance, how to choose the risk of strategic partners and how to effectively avoid the alliance and discusses specific measures to break through the limitations of the alliance. At last we draw inspirations, summed up how to ensure that members of joint operation smoothly, the member enterprises how to keep the competitive the advantage in the alliance, the alliance is expected to reach breakthrough Limited business objectives.
