台州湾循环经济集聚区物流园区信息管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】:随着物流业的快速发展和物流园区的快速建立,物流园区信息化显得至关重要。本文主要分析了国内外物流园区信息化的发展背景、现状,通过对台州湾循环经济集聚区物流园区的分析,为其构建了一个信息服务系统。论文首先介绍台州湾循环经济集聚区物流园区信息管理系统的研究背景,以及系统分析和设计过程中所需要解决的问题;进而讨论该系统研究的重要性和意义,说明该系统的开发方法和有关技术。在系统分析部分进行详细的需求分析,包含业务需求分析、功能需求分析、数据需求分析和非功能需求分析,给出系统的业务流程图、数据流图、功能数据分析图。在系统设计方面,对信息系统进行总体设计和模块设计,给出系统功能、具体模块设计的功能结构图、IPO表和处理流程图,详细阐述系统设计内容;数据库设计中则使用实体关系E-R图和数据库表结构。该系统主要分为园区仓库信息管理、园区车辆信息管理、企业入园出园管理、园区通知管理、园区设施管理、企业评价、企业报表、基础数据管理和系统管理九大功能模块。通过对系统的现状分析、可行性分析、功能需求分析,系统的设计与实现等流程,完成系统的具体分析与设计,实现台州湾聚集区物流园区的企业信息服务功能,从而实现物流园区内企业信息与资源的有效共享与合理配置,以及企业间的合作共享功能,最终实现物流园区与物流园区内企业效益最大化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of logistics industry and the rapid establishment of logistics park, the informationization of logistics park is very important. This paper mainly analyzes the development background and present situation of the logistics park informatization at home and abroad, and constructs an information service system for the logistics park through the analysis of Taizhou Bay Circular economy agglomeration Zone. The paper first introduces the research background of the logistics park information management system in Taizhou Bay Circular economy agglomeration area, and the problems that need to be solved in the process of system analysis and design, and then discusses the importance and significance of the research on the system. The development method and related technology of the system are described. In the part of system analysis, the detailed requirements analysis, including business requirements analysis, functional requirements analysis, data demand analysis and non-functional requirements analysis, the system business flow chart, data flow chart, functional data analysis diagram. In the aspect of system design, the general design and module design of the information system are carried out, and the system function, the function structure chart and the processing flow chart of the specific module design are given, and the contents of the system design are described in detail. In database design, entity relation-E-R diagram and database table structure are used. The system is mainly divided into nine functional modules: campus warehouse information management, park vehicle information management, enterprise entry and exit management, park notification management, park facility management, enterprise evaluation, enterprise report, basic data management and system management. By analyzing the current situation of the system, feasibility analysis, functional requirement analysis, system design and realization, the system is analyzed and designed, and the enterprise information service function of Taizhou Bay Logistics Park is realized. In order to realize the effective sharing and rational allocation of enterprise information and resources, and the function of cooperation and sharing among enterprises, the benefit of enterprises in logistics park and logistics park can be maximized.
