浅谈物流用地的高效利用——以河北省唐山市为例

【摘要】：正随着京津冀协同发展战略目标的实施,河北省唐山市作为国家商贸物流业发展的重要基地,其物流业迎来了前所未有的机遇。据不完全统计,目前唐山市物流相关企业1.1万余家,物流用地总面积近10万亩,过半数县(市)区物流用地占地面积,超过了4000亩,其中以曹妃甸、海港和丰润物流聚集区面积最大,均达万亩以上。2010年~2015年,唐山市实际供应仓储用地共14031亩,供应面积整体呈增长趋势。如何实现物流用地的高效利用,是当地政府面临的一个现实问题。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the strategic goal of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, as an important base for the development of national commercial logistics industry, has ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for its logistics industry. According to incomplete statistics, at present, there are more than 11000 logistics related enterprises in Tangshan City, with a total land area of nearly 100000 mu of logistics land, and more than half of the county (city) districts covering an area of more than 4000 mu, including Caofeidian. From 2010 to 2015, 14031 mu of storage land was actually supplied in Tangshan City, and the supply area was increasing as a whole. How to realize the efficient use of logistics land is a realistic problem faced by local government.
