汽车白车身焊装车间混流生产线平衡研究

【摘要】:世界经济全球化的发展及客户个性化需求的不断加剧,使得企业必须具备良好的柔性,在生产成本最低、质量最优的前提下,以最短的交货时间来满足客户个性化的需求。混流生产是指在基本上不改变或较少地改变现有生产设备的条件下,对生产线进行合理的组织和调度优化,实现多品种产品的柔性化共线生产。本文以BBA公司汽车白车身焊装车间为研究对象,利用相关IE技术、价值增值生产系统(Value-added production system,VPS)理论和数学算法,研究了其混流生产线平衡和排序的优化技术。首先,本文介绍了混流生产线平衡理论,以及白车身30U焊装车间、焊装线的现状,详细论述了白车身焊装线的工艺流程及混流生产模式,并给出其混流车间布置图。其次,针对其中两条焊装线中节拍不均衡的现象,利用IE技术中的山积表、5W1H提问法和ECRS等分析工具对其进行优化改进,并应用VPS理论逐一论述了物流超市和拖车发运点的优化项目;针对混流生产线投产排序问题,建立了以物料消耗平准化和装配线的超载时间最小化为优化目标的数学模型,设计一种改进粒子群优化算法,将其应用于精整线排序问题的实例中。最后,通过Witness仿真软件分别模拟合车线平衡前后和精整线投产排序的生产装配过程,验证了该改善方法的可行性和可靠性。本文研究中所提出的各种优化技术和方法,不仅对汽车白车身混线平衡和排序问题的优化具有理论指导作用,也能为以后其他类似的混流生产线平衡研究提供借鉴和参考意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economic globalization and the increasing demand of customers' individuation, enterprises must have good flexibility and satisfy the customer's individualized demand with the shortest delivery time under the premise of the lowest production cost and the best quality. Mixed-flow production refers to the flexible collinear production of multiple products under the condition that the existing production equipment is basically not changed or changed less, and the production line is organized and optimized reasonably in order to realize the flexible collinear production of many kinds of products. In this paper, the author takes the automobile body welding workshop of BBA Company as the research object, using the related IE technology, the theory and mathematical algorithm of Value-added production system VPSs, studies the optimization technology of the balance and sequencing of the mixed flow production line. Firstly, this paper introduces the balance theory of mixed-flow production line, and the present situation of 30U welding workshop and welding line of BIW, discusses in detail the technological process and mixed-flow production mode of BIW welding line, and gives the layout diagram of the mixed-flow workshop. Secondly, aiming at the phenomenon of unbalanced beat in two welding lines, the paper optimizes and improves it by using the analytical tools such as mountain product table 5W1H questioning and ECRS, which are used in IE technology. The optimization items of logistics supermarket and trailer delivery point are discussed one by using VPS theory, aiming at the scheduling problem of mixed-flow production line, a mathematical model with material consumption leveling and overloading time minimization of assembly line as the optimization goal is established. An improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is designed and applied to an example of finishing line scheduling problem. Finally, the Witness simulation software is used to simulate the production and assembly process before and after the line balance and the finishing line put into operation respectively, which verifies the feasibility and reliability of the improved method. The various optimization techniques and methods proposed in this paper can not only provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of the hybrid line balance and sequencing problems of the automobile body, but also provide reference and reference for other similar hybrid production line balance studies in the future.
