铁路物流化转型升级策略研究

【摘要】：为适应供给侧改革催生的铁路物流化转型升级的要求,在分析铁路运输实现物流化转型在设施装备、运输产品、全程物流服务、营销能力、与综合交通运输体系的融入程度等方面存在问题的基础上,提出铁路物流化转型升级策略,即建立适应市场的营销管理体系,建立以市场为导向的内部生产组织体系,理顺价格管理体制,优化运输产品体系,建立与其他运输方式、社会物流企业的合作关系,建立以大数据和"互联网+"为主导的信息技术支撑体系,建立大能力运输网络,建立满足市场需求的车辆体系。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the demand of railway logistics transformation and upgrade caused by supply-side reform, this paper analyzes the ability of railway transportation to realize logistics transformation in facilities and equipment, transportation products, whole logistics service, marketing, etc. On the basis of the existing problems in the integration of the integrated transportation system, the paper puts forward the strategy of railway logistics transformation and upgrading, that is, the establishment of marketing management system adapted to the market, and the establishment of a market-oriented internal production organization system. Straighten out the price management system, optimize the transportation product system, establish a cooperative relationship with other transportation modes and social logistics enterprises, establish an information technology support system dominated by big data and the "Internet", and establish a large capacity transportation network. Establish a vehicle system to meet market demand.
