面向港口船舶管理业务的可定制SaaS服务研究

【摘要】:信息化技术作为提高港口生产力的重要手段,已被应用到港口生产的各个环节,从港口企业内部的生产调度、码头操作、业务管理,到外部物流平台、口岸建设等各个方面。提高码头船舶作业效率是提高港口企业生产力的关键。信息化建设已经成为现代化港口的核心要求。政府部门如海关、港务局等对港口的监管也使得提高信息化建设越来越迫切。随着企业信息化意识的逐渐增强,信息系统建设逐步完善,信息化不仅要考虑目标,更要考虑到实施过程中的困难和对企业相关资源的占用情况,要考虑企业的承受能力及成本,而且要满足企业当前和未来发展需求。 云计算作为新兴的信息化手段,以云计算为技术支持的SaaS服务具有动态可扩展、按需部署、高灵活性、高性价比等优点。本文旨在通过SaaS云和可定制思想,降低中小企业信息化门槛、提高港口行业信息化水平,达到促进协同办公的目的。 本文研究期间,充分了解广州港集团船舶管理业务现状,并且对广州港集团各子公司的船舶管理业务流程进行了深入的调查研究,同时也对广州附近其他中小港口进行调研分析,本文旨在对港口企业船舶管理业务核心流程进行梳理,根据信息管理系统开发理论和SaaS云服务,探索港口企业信息化的未来发展道路,提升港口企业的工作效率和核心竞争力。 本文将重点从三个方面进行研究:第一,提出港口船舶管理业务规范通用流程。对整个船舶管理流程进行现状分析,提出一套规范的船舶作业核心流程,为服务设计奠定基础。同时企业或部门可通过个性化需求设计来定制自身业务,达到信息高度共享和资源充分利用的目的。第二,提出基于SaaS服务的港口船舶管理系统的整体架构设计。结合云计算技术和港口IT环境特性提出港口船舶管理系统整体架构,从基础设施层、平台层、服务层对系统进行详细设计。在此基础上详细描述了基于SaaS服务的船舶管理系统数据库设计和功能模块设计,同时提出了用户权限安全方案。第三,根据服务建模与构建方法对船舶管理SaaS服务进行详细设计。采用SOMA方法进行服务开发建模与构建,在服务建模完成后,对系统可定制实现方案进行重点研究,包括元数据扩展配置方法以及基于BPEL和web服务的业务流程配置实现研究。
[Abstract]:As an important means to improve port productivity, information technology has been applied to all aspects of port production, from internal production scheduling, wharf operation, business management, to external logistics platform, port construction and so on. Improving the efficiency of ship operation is the key to improve the productivity of port enterprises. Information construction has become the core requirement of modern port. The supervision of ports by government departments such as customs and port authorities makes it more and more urgent to improve information construction. With the gradual enhancement of enterprise information awareness and the gradual improvement of information system construction, informatization should not only consider the goal, but also consider the difficulties in the implementation process and the occupation of related resources in the enterprise. Take into account the affordability and cost of the enterprise, and meet the current and future development needs of the enterprise. Cloud computing as a new means of information, cloud computing technology support SaaS services have dynamic scalability, on-demand deployment, high flexibility, high cost-effective and so on. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the information threshold of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the informationization level of port industry, and achieve the purpose of promoting cooperative office through SaaS cloud and customizable idea. During the research period of this paper, we fully understand the current situation of the ship management business of Guangzhou Port Group, and conduct a thorough investigation and study on the ship management business process of the subsidiaries of Guangzhou Port Group. At the same time, it also carries on the investigation and analysis to other small and medium-sized ports near Guangzhou. The purpose of this paper is to sort out the core process of the port enterprise ship management business, and to develop the theory of information management system and SaaS cloud service. Explore the future development of port enterprise informatization, improve the work efficiency and core competitiveness of port enterprises. This paper will focus on three aspects of research: first, the general flow of port ship management business norms. The present situation of the whole ship management process is analyzed, and a set of standard ship operation core flow is put forward to lay the foundation for service design. At the same time, enterprises or departments can customize their own business through individualized demand design to achieve the purpose of highly sharing information and making full use of resources. Secondly, the overall architecture of port ship management system based on SaaS service is proposed. Combined with cloud computing technology and port IT environment characteristics, the overall architecture of port ship management system is put forward. The system is designed in detail from infrastructure layer, platform layer and service layer. On this basis, the database design and function module design of ship management system based on SaaS service are described in detail. Thirdly, according to the service modeling and construction method, the ship management SaaS service is designed in detail. After the service modeling is completed, the system customizable implementation scheme is mainly studied, including metadata extension configuration method and business process configuration implementation based on BPEL and web services.
