基于ZYNQ-7000平台的多协议UHF RFID读写器软件设计

【摘要】:随着超高频射频识别技术的不断发展,其在防伪、医疗、仓储、物流、交通等各个领域都具有非常广泛的应用。在超高频频段,目前国内外采用最为广泛的协议标准为ISO/IEC18000-6B和6C,为适应中国RFID技术的战略发展,我国在2011年和2014年开始实施GB/T29768-2013和GJB7377.1-2011两种超高频协议标准。但标准公布之后,目前符合这三种标准协议的读写器还很少,因此,设计与实现同时兼容以上三种协议标准的多协议读写器具有重要意义。本课题的研究正是在上述背景下提出的。本课题通过对GB/T29768-2013、GJB7377.1-2011和ISO/IEC18000-6C三个协议标准的物理层及协议工作方式的对比分析,采用对整个软件系统模块划分的软件设计方案,将读写器软件系统分为应用接口模块、参数配置模块、射频控制模块以及协议处理模块。文中对应用接口模块的三个子模块:核心状态机、串口通信模块和命令解析模块均给出了分析与实现。在协议处理模块中,对三种协议下的强制性命令均给出了详细的分析设计与实现流程,并且对三种协议的防碰撞算法:时隙化的随机防碰撞算法以及动态分散收缩二叉树算法做了分析与实现。通过上述努力,研究和实现了基于ZYNQ-7000系统平台的多协议UHF RFID读写器软件设计。该软件实现同时满足GB/T29768-2013、GJB7377.1-2011和ISO/IEC18000-6C三种协议标准,具备三种协议下的单标签与多标签的盘存、单标签读写、锁定和杀死标签等功能,测试表明基于ZYNQ-7000平台的多协议UHF RFID的读写器软件设计满足设计指标要求。随着我国超高频RFID的逐渐发展,可以预见,同时符合GB/T29768-2013、GJB7377.1-2011和ISO/IEC18000-6C三种协议的UHF RFID读写器将成为发展趋势,该多标准读写器将在防伪、医疗、仓储、物流、交通等方面获得广泛应用。
[Abstract]:With the development of UHF RFID technology, it has been widely used in many fields, such as anti-counterfeiting, medical treatment, storage, logistics, transportation and so on. At present, ISO / IEC18000-6B and 6Care the most widely used protocol standards at home and abroad in UHF frequency band. In order to adapt to the strategic development of RFID technology in China, two UHF protocol standards GB / T29768-2013 and GJB7377.1-2011 were implemented in 2011 and 2014. However, after the publication of the standards, there are few readers who conform to these three standard protocols, so it is of great significance to design and implement a multi-protocol reader compatible with the above three protocol standards at the same time. The research of this subject is put forward under the above background. Through the comparative analysis of the physical layer and the working mode of the three protocol standards of GB / T29768-2013GJB7377.1-2011 and ISO / IEC18000-6C, the software design scheme of dividing the whole software system module is adopted, and the reader software system is divided into application interface module and parameter configuration module. Radio frequency control module and protocol processing module. In this paper, three sub-modules of the application interface module, namely, the core state machine, the serial communication module and the command analysis module, are analyzed and implemented. In the protocol processing module, the detailed analysis, design and implementation flow of the mandatory commands under the three protocols are given. The anti-collision algorithms of three kinds of protocols are analyzed and implemented: the stochastic anti-collision algorithm based on time slot and the binary tree algorithm of dynamic dispersion shrinkage. Through the above efforts, the software design of multi-protocol UHF RFID reader based on ZYNQ-7000 system platform is studied and implemented. The software meets the standards of GB / T29768-2013GJB7377.1-2011 and ISO / IEC18000-6C at the same time, and has the functions of inventory of single label and multi-label, single-label reading and writing, locking and killing tag, etc. The test results show that the reader software design of multi-protocol UHF RFID based on ZYNQ-7000 platform meets the design requirements. With the development of UHF RFID in China, it can be predicted that the UHF RFID reader, which accords with the three protocols of GB / T29768-2013, GJB7377.1-2011 and ISO / IEC18000-6C, will become a developing trend. The multi-standard reader will be widely used in the fields of anti-counterfeiting, medical treatment, warehousing, logistics, transportation and so on.
