四川弘航集团材料采购业务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:信息技术的迅猛发展使得市场环境发生了翻天覆地的变化。采购管理系统体现了先进的管理思想,这对企业管理水平以及运营效率的提高有着重要的意义。企业采购活动是公司事务中必不可少的一个部分。激烈的市场竞争,要求企业必须提高自己的采购管理水平,进行有效管理,以适应企业的发展。其主要变化在两个方面,一方面,垂直化采购模式越来越多的被采用;另一方面,企业自身存在的还不能得到很好解决的问题,比如采购,物流,库管,财务等各部门无法快速沟通协调,从而增加了整个公司的运营成本,降低了整体的工作效率。四川弘航集团材料采购业务管理系统的设计与实现能够解决这些问题,使整个四川弘航集团的采购业务变得简洁,高效,规范,降低运营成本,提高工作效率,让员工摆脱原来繁琐的审批程序。采购管理系统能够保证计划的准确性和采购的合理性,提升企业的竞争力,对降低员工工作压力和改善企业文化也有帮助。系统由登陆注册、采购信息发布、订单管理、财务结算、单据管理、仓储管理、用户管理,七个模块组成。基于跨平台,易用性,快速开发等方面的考虑,本系统使用B/S架构,利用JAVA语言以及MYSQL数据库进行功能模块的开发,使用基于TCP/IP协议的网络技术解决通讯问题,从而设计和实现材料采购业务管理系统。本论文所完成的主要工作:1、从课题的发起,意义以及实用价值,对国内外采购业务管理系统的现状进行了基本的介绍,对采购业务管理系统进行了需求分析;2、阐述了采购业务管理系统的理论与相关技术,完成了四川弘航集团材料采购业务管理系统的设计;3、完成了后台数据库的设计与建立;4、完成了四川弘航集团材料采购业务管理系统的实现与测试;5、对四川弘航集团材料采购业务管理系统的设计与实现进行了总结。

The main changes are in two aspects: on the one hand, the vertical procurement model is being adopted more and more; on the other hand, the problems existing in the enterprise itself that cannot be solved very well, such as procurement, logistics, and warehouse management, Finance and other departments can not communicate quickly, thus increasing the operating costs of the whole company, reducing the overall efficiency. The design and implementation of the material purchasing business management system of Sichuan Honghang Group can solve these problems and make the procurement business of the whole Sichuan Honghang Group simple, efficient, standardized, reduce operating costs and improve working efficiency.
