面向集配的汽车总装物流模式决策研究

【摘要】：集配是汽车总装物流中减少装配线线边存储、顺畅车间物流,以及提高生产效率的有效途径。为了降低汽车总装物流成本,描述了集配系统中2种不同的物流配送模式;针对2种不同配送模式建立了成本模型并对其进行分析;通过实例研究,得到了某种零件在不同配送模式下最小物流成本变化的趋势,明确了消耗量对物流成本的影响,从而为不同零件、不同消耗量情况下选择合适的配送模式提供理论基础,使集配系统更好地发挥其优势。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the cost of automobile assembly logistics, two different logistics distribution modes are described, and the cost models of two different distribution modes are established and analyzed through an example. The trend of the minimum logistics cost of some parts in different distribution modes is obtained, and the influence of consumption on the logistics cost is clarified, which provides the theoretical basis for choosing the appropriate distribution mode under different parts and consumption conditions, so that the centralized distribution system can give full play to its advantages.
