四川行动力电影有限公司制片团队建设研究

【摘要】:中国的经济在飞速发展,随着国民收入水平的提高,人民群众对文化精神类产品的需求日益增强,影视产业正是在这样的环境下以井喷式的趋势增长。据中国广电总局的统计数据显示,2016年电影票房高达455亿,实现了电影产业连续16年的增长,成为全球继美国之后的第二大电影市场。在电影产业快速发展的背后,面对每年进口大片的票房冲击和国产影片的竞争,每年投入影视行业的资金越来越多,盈利的却屈指可数。电影制片企业是电影的生产者和制作者,在激烈的市场竞争的大环境下,制片企业组织建设一个高效率的团队显得十分必要。本文从团队建设的理论出发,充分分析四川行动力影视公司在团队管理和建设方面存在的问题,并对比其他影视行业的团队经验,探讨和研究适合影视公司团队建设的发展策略。以项目管理为中心的管理机制,立足文化建设,以有效沟通为前提,权责分明为基础,有效激励为手段,以科学的团队建设理论为指导,坚持创新思维,建立充满活动和生命力的影视制片团队。
[Abstract]:China's economy is developing rapidly. With the increase of national income, the people's demand for cultural and spiritual products is increasing day by day. It is in this environment that the film and television industry is growing with a blowout trend. According to statistics from the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, in 2016, the box office of the film industry reached as high as 45.5 billion, achieving 16 consecutive years of growth in the film industry. It has become the second largest film market in the world after the United States. Behind the rapid development of the film industry, in the face of the impact of imported blockbusters at the box office every year and the competition of domestic films, more and more funds are invested in the film and television industry every year. The film production enterprise is the producer and producer of the film. Under the fierce market competition, it is very necessary for the film production enterprise to organize and build a high efficiency team. This paper starts from the theory of team building. Fully analyzing the problems existing in team management and construction in Sichuan ActionPower Film and Television Company, and comparing the team experience of other film and television industries, To explore and study the development strategies suitable for the team building of film and television companies. The management mechanism centered on project management, based on cultural construction, based on effective communication, based on clear powers and responsibilities, and effective incentive means, Guided by the scientific theory of team building, we insist on innovative thinking and set up a film and television production team full of activities and vitality.
