信息系统项目的风险管理研究

【摘要】：信息系统项目作为一种近年来兴起的项目工程,伴随新技术新知识而成长,具有极大的不确定性,面临各种各样的风险,常常导致项目目标的难以实现,因此风险管理对于完成信息系统项目而言将具有极其重要的作用。本研究基于风险管理的基本理论知识,以X银行与Y软件公司合作开发X银行网络扁平化信息系统项目为例,详细探讨在信息系统项目中如何有效的实施风险管理,总结了该项目在信息系统项目风险管理的优点和不足之处,并结合以往项目实践的经验和教训,对信息项目风险管理未来的发展提出几点建议。论文的主要内容由下面几部分组成：第一,在引言部分论述本研究的意义,总结国内外信息系统项目风险管理的研究现状,提出这篇论文的研究目的；第二,对项目、信息系统项目、风险、风险管理等基本概念进行认定,阐述信息系统项目风险管理的基本理论知识,指出风险管理工作由风险管理计划编制、风险识别、风险分析、风险应对控制、风险监控等活动组成；第三,对X银行与Y软件公司合作开发的网络扁平化项目进行整体论述,特别是把重心放在对扁平化项目建设背景和项目需求的介绍上。第四,结合信息系统项目风险管理理论的基本模型,严格按照风险管理计划编制、风险识别、风险分析、风险应对控制、风险监控五个阶段详细论述X银行网络扁平化项目的风险管理过程,尤其是把重点突出在对风险的应对控制上,把风险按照范围风险、沟通风险、人力资源风险、进度风险、成本风险、质量风险进行分类,对每一类风险都归纳整理出一系列有效的应对措施。第五,对X银行网络扁平化项目风险管理的不足之处进行总结,说明该项目发生延期的原因。最后,结合X银行扁平化项目的经验教训,对信息系统项目风险管理进行展望,提出信息系统项目风险管理的几点改进方面。研究结论如下：(1)充分运用已有的风险管理的理论知识,以推动信息系统项目风险管理实践工作；(2)增强全员风险意识,打造企业风险文化氛围；(3)积累风险管理经验,完善风险管理数据库；(4)培养专业的项目风险管理人才。本研究通过对自己参与过的一个信息系统项目实践案例的分析,从项目实践中归纳总结出了一些风险管理方面的观点和看法,希望为信息系统项目风险管理的理论知识提供更为直观的经验参考,从而为深入探讨信息系统项目风险管理在实践中的运用以及信息系统项目风险管理理论的自身发展起到一定的促进作用。
[Abstract]:The information system project, as a kind of project project that rises in recent years, grows with the new technology and new knowledge. It has great uncertainty and faces various risks, which often leads to the difficulty of realizing the project objectives. Therefore, risk management will play an extremely important role in completing the information system project. Based on the basic theoretical knowledge of risk management, this study takes X Bank and Y Software Company as an example to develop the X Bank network flat information system project. How to effectively implement risk management in the information system project is discussed in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the project in the information system project risk management are summarized, and combined with the experience and lessons of the past project practice, Some suggestions on the future development of information project risk management are put forward. The main content of this paper is composed of the following parts: first, in the introduction part, the significance of this study is discussed, and the current research situation of information system project risk management at home and abroad is summarized. The purpose of this paper is put forward. Secondly, the basic concepts of project, information system project, risk and risk management are identified, and the basic theoretical knowledge of information system project risk management is expounded. It is pointed out that risk management is composed of risk management plan, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response control, risk monitoring and so on. Thirdly, the project of flat network developed jointly by X Bank and Y Software Company is discussed as a whole. In particular, focus on the flat project construction background and project needs on the introduction. Fourth, combining the basic model of information system project risk management theory, strictly according to the risk management plan, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response control, The risk management process of X bank network flat project is discussed in detail in the five stages of risk monitoring. Especially, the emphasis is placed on the control of risk, and the risk is controlled according to scope risk, communication risk, human resource risk and progress risk. The cost risk and quality risk are classified, and a series of effective countermeasures are summed up for each kind of risk. Fifth, the deficiency of risk management of X bank network flat project is summarized. Finally, combining with the experience and lessons of X bank flat project, the paper looks forward to the risk management of information system project. Several aspects of improving risk management of information system project are put forward. The conclusions are as follows: 1) making full use of the existing theoretical knowledge of risk management in order to promote the practice of risk management in information system project. Build the enterprise risk culture atmosphere to accumulate the risk management experience, perfect the risk management database to train the professional project risk management personnel. Based on the analysis of a practical case of an information system project in which I have participated, this study sums up some viewpoints and views on risk management from the project practice. It is hoped to provide a more intuitive experience reference for the theoretical knowledge of information system project risk management. So it can promote the application of information system project risk management in practice and the development of information system project risk management theory.
