【摘要】：通过先进的信息科学技术和现代化的企业管理理论,建立并发展企业的管理信息系统体系,是在当前工业智能化时代企业谋求发展的必然趋势。党和政府也早已洞察这一发展趋势,提出了“用信息化带动工业化”的指导思想来推动我国企业的信息化发展。对我国企业来说,全面推进企业信息化进程已经成为提高企业生产效率、管理效率和综合竞争力的必要战略措施。企业管理信息化是指利用现代信息技术改造企业日常生产、经营和管理的所有流程,最优化配企业的人力、财务及其他可用资源,改善经营效率,提高企业的经济效益和的整体竞争力的过程。企业管理信息化是企业信息化战略重要的组成部分。从广义上说,企业信息化包括生产过程信息化、产品设计信息化和企业管理信息化。从狭义上说,现下流行的企业信息化概念通常指的就是企业管理信息化。我国大中型企业业务复杂,管理事务繁多,传统的文件型的办公流程型的已不能满足现代企业管理中的要求,而新出现的知识型、智能型的管理信息系统越来越多的在大中型企业中被广泛使用,企业的管理信息化程度的如何,直接能反映出一个企业的管理水平和工作效率,企业如何能建设出适合自身企业战略发展和管理要求的管理信息系统来提升企业的综合竞争力是企业信息化建设中急需解决的问题。企业在目前纷繁复杂的竞争环境下,其在日常经营和管理中会遇到越来越多的法律问题和风险。企业的法律风险管理与企业日常经营活动的关系也越来越密切。制定严格的法律事务管理制度,建立完善的法律事务管理体系,全面、系统、科学地识别、分析、控制法律风险,成为当前环境下企业发展必须重视的课题。中国第一汽车集团公司于2013年启动了合同管理流程信息化改造项目,旨在通过合同管理信息系统替代传统的合同管理流程,从而提高一汽集团及其下属子公司合同管理工作的效率。本文结合一汽集团公司的具体实际情况,分析了一汽集团公司合同管理流程的现状及存在的问题,并设计了系统实施方案,以完成对管理信息化的深入了解和具体实践。本文通过利用理论分析法介绍了企业管理信息化建设在企业管理中的作用,同时利用案例分析法以一汽集团公司合同管理信息化改造项目作为具体案例,分析其目前合同管理流程现状、存在的问题及解决方案,最后总结了合同管理信息系统在一汽集团公司的实施效果及评价。在全程参与一汽集团合同管理信息化改造项目的整个过程之后,作者深刻的体会到科学的企业与项目管理理论与企业实践相结合的重要性。在此也希望本文可以作为我国企业管理信息化理论与经验之间的相互借鉴、交流与学习的参考资料,为促进我国企业的管理信息化建设进程尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Through advanced information science and technology and modern enterprise management theory, establishing and developing enterprise management information system is an inevitable trend for enterprises to seek development in the current era of industrial intelligence. The Party and the government have long been aware of this development trend, and put forward the guiding ideology of "using information technology to drive industrialization" to promote the informatization development of enterprises in our country. For Chinese enterprises, it has become a necessary strategic measure to improve the production efficiency, management efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprise management informationization refers to the use of modern information technology to transform all the processes of daily production, operation and management of an enterprise, optimize the allocation of human, financial and other available resources of an enterprise, and improve its operational efficiency. The process of improving the economic efficiency and overall competitiveness of an enterprise. Enterprise management information is an important part of enterprise information strategy. In a broad sense, enterprise informatization includes production process informatization, product design informatization and enterprise management information. In a narrow sense, the popular concept of enterprise informatization usually refers to enterprise management informatization. The business of large and medium-sized enterprises in our country is complicated, the management affairs are various, the traditional office flow type of document type can not meet the requirements of modern enterprise management, but the new knowledge type, More and more intelligent management information systems are widely used in large and medium-sized enterprises. The degree of management information of enterprises can directly reflect the management level and work efficiency of an enterprise. How to build a management information system suitable for the strategic development and management requirements of enterprises to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of enterprise information. Under the complicated competition environment, enterprises will encounter more and more legal problems and risks in their daily operation and management. The relationship between the legal risk management of enterprises and the daily business activities of enterprises is more and more close. Establishing strict legal affairs management system, establishing perfect legal affairs management system, identifying, analyzing and controlling legal risks scientifically and comprehensively have become a subject that enterprises must pay attention to in the current environment. In 2013, the China first Automobile Group Company launched a contract management process information transformation project aimed at replacing the traditional contract management process through the contract management information system. In order to improve the FAW Group and its subsidiaries of the efficiency of contract management. Combined with the actual situation of FAW Group Company, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the contract management process of FAW Group Company, and designs the implementation scheme of the system, in order to complete the deep understanding and concrete practice of management informatization. This paper introduces the role of enterprise management information construction in enterprise management by using theoretical analysis method, and takes the project of contract management information transformation of FAW Group Company as a specific case by case analysis. This paper analyzes the current status of contract management process, existing problems and solutions, and finally summarizes the implementation effect and evaluation of contract management information system in FAW Group Company. After participating in the whole process of FAW Group contract Management Informatization Reform Project, the author deeply understands the importance of combining scientific enterprise and project management theory with enterprise practice. It is also hoped that this paper can be used as a reference material for the mutual reference, exchange and study between the theory and experience of enterprise management information in our country, so as to contribute to the process of promoting the construction of enterprise management information in our country.
