淘宝退货运费险项目问题与对策研究

【摘要】:社会经济的不断进步促使了电子商务市场的不断发展,并演变成广为流行的商务模式。在现阶段的电子商务市场上,消费者需求多样化,新产品层出不穷,经过行业的不断筛选后,个别电商巨头兴起,有很多电商企业开始进军金融市场,因此也可以判断出,电子商务的发展对金融市场的发展也有着一定的促进作用,而近年来,在金融行业中,也出现了很多电子商务的创新案例。随着互联网的普及和网络购物环境的改善,网购交易额的不断增长,在线退货事件的不断增多,由退货引起的纠纷逐渐成为制约电子商务发展的一大瓶颈。而在当前所有的退货纠纷中,有42%是由于买卖双方对退货邮费协商不一致产生的。为了有效解决网购交易过程中退货运费由谁支付的难题,避免售后问题的很多不必要麻烦,华泰保险经过长达6个月的调研分析,结合网购交易特点专门针对淘宝推出了一种保险—退货运费险。目前,有关退货运费险的研究并不多,且研究方向都是从保险行业的角度对其进行分析。相关学者对退货运费险的现状以及未来的发展进行了研究,指出了退货运费险是一种十分具有发展前景的险种,此外对退货风险的可保性进行了分析,证明了淘宝退货运费险是具有可保性的。而当前从电子商务角度对退货运费险进行的分析和研究却基本处于空白,故本文选择从此角度进行研究。本文将通过对电子商务市场以及金融服务之间的关系进行解读,分析出两者合作的发展模式,并以此为基点,借鉴电子商务模式里的固定法则,结合淘宝退费的基本原则,进而挖掘到项目管理的实操经验,经过保险公司与淘宝网合作开发出的全新项目领域,可在日后电子商务市场发展中发挥出乎意料的功能,推动项目大展拳脚。文中所研究的电子商务保险,其本质上属于保险公司与电子商务平台进行合作,基于电子商务的特点开发并在内部推出一种新兴的电子商务业务,从而使双方都能从中受益。通过对消费者保险以及企业保险的不同分析,提出相关思考,如何看待电子商务保险、如何促进电子商务保险的不断完善,如何加深电子商务企业与保险公司的合作,为其他行业提供参考借鉴,乃至为金融行业提供创新经验。
[Abstract]:The development of social economy promotes the development of e-commerce market and becomes a popular business model. In the e-commerce market at this stage, consumer demand is diversified and new products emerge in endlessly. After continuous screening in the industry, individual e-commerce giants have emerged, and many e-commerce enterprises have begun to enter the financial market. Therefore, it can also be judged that, The development of electronic commerce also promotes the development of financial market, and in recent years, in the financial industry, there have been many innovative cases of electronic commerce. With the popularity of the Internet and the improvement of the online shopping environment, the volume of online shopping transactions continues to grow, and the number of online return events continues to increase. The disputes caused by the return gradually become a major bottleneck restricting the development of electronic commerce. In the current all return disputes, 42% is due to the buyer and seller on the return of postage negotiations did not agree. In order to effectively solve the problem of who pays for the return freight in the course of online shopping transactions, and to avoid many unnecessary troubles caused by after-sale problems, Huatai Insurance has been investigated and analyzed for up to six months. Combined with the characteristics of online shopping transactions specifically for Taobao to launch a kind of insurance-return freight insurance. At present, there is not much research on return freight insurance, and the research direction is to analyze it from the point of view of insurance industry. Relevant scholars have studied the present situation and future development of return freight insurance, and pointed out that return freight insurance is a kind of insurance which has a very bright future. In addition, the insurability of return risk is analyzed. It is proved that Taobao return freight insurance is insurable. At present, the analysis and research of return freight insurance from the angle of electronic commerce is basically blank, so this paper chooses to study from this angle. This paper will analyze the relationship between the electronic commerce market and financial services, analyze the development model of the two cooperation, and draw lessons from the fixed rules in the electronic commerce model, combined with the basic principles of Taobao refund fee, The new project field developed by insurance company and Taobao can play an unexpected role in the development of electronic commerce market in the future and promote the development of the project. The electronic commerce insurance studied in this paper essentially belongs to the cooperation between insurance company and electronic commerce platform. It is based on the characteristics of electronic commerce to develop and launch a new kind of electronic commerce business inside so that both sides can benefit from it. Through the different analysis of consumer insurance and enterprise insurance, this paper puts forward the relevant thinking, how to treat the electronic commerce insurance, how to promote the continuous improvement of the electronic commerce insurance, how to deepen the cooperation between the electronic commerce enterprise and the insurance company, For other industries to provide reference, and even for the financial industry to provide innovative experience.
