石家庄移动公司工程项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：改革开放以来中国经济腾飞,众多工程项目开工建设,这些工程项目促进了经济的发展,带来了巨大的经济效益。但是,每个工程项目在建设过程中都面临着一些共同的问题,如部门之间的协调问题、工程项目的实际进展和工程项目负责人对工程项目实际进展的把握程度问题。为了帮助解决工程项目面临的这些问题,石家庄移动公司开发了工程项目管理系统。石家庄移动公司工程项目管理系统根据公司在工程项目的建设过程中遇到的实际问题和工程项目实际建设步骤,总结出公司的实际需求,决定采用流行的B/S架构,采用struts、spring、hibernate技术实现系统。系统采用的数据库是比较新的SQL SERVER 2012。石家庄移动公司工程项目管理系统的功能划分为招投标及合同评审、工程立项、工程施工、工程报竣、财务管理、数据查询与统计六个模块。其中,招投标及合同评审有分为招投标评审和合同评审；工程立项分为工程立项和材料审核两大功能；工程施工分为程开工,工程进度,问题处理,质检评议,工程完工五项功能；工程报竣分为料平衡,报竣状态,项目部审核,技术总监室审核,工程出版五项功能；财务管理分为财务收款,财务结算,各类费用管理三项功能；数据查询与统计分为数据查询、数据统计两项主要功能。石家庄移动公司的工程项目管理系统根据公司的实际需求进行开发,希望该系统能够真正有助于解决工程项目在实际运行中的问题,帮助公司对公程项目的管理更加便捷高效。

The project management system of Shijiazhuang Mobile Company is based on the practical problems encountered in the construction process of the project and the actual construction steps of the project, summarizes the actual demand of the company, and decides to adopt the popular B / S structure. The functions of Shijiazhuang Mobile Engineering Project Management system are divided into six modules: bidding and contract evaluation, project establishment, engineering construction, project completion, financial management, data query and statistics. Among them, bidding and contract evaluation are divided into bidding evaluation and contract evaluation; project establishment is divided into two functions: project establishment and material audit; project construction is divided into process start, project progress, problem handling, quality inspection and appraisal, Five functions of project completion, including material balance, completion status, project department audit, technical director office audit, project publishing, financial management, financial collection, financial settlement, and all kinds of expense management. Data query and statistics are divided into data query, data statistics two main functions. The project management system of Shijiazhuang Mobile Company is developed according to the actual demand of the company. It is hoped that the system can help solve the problems in the actual operation of the project and help the company to manage the public project more conveniently and efficiently.
