工程项目采购管理的MBHN分析技术及应用

【摘要】：企业如何确定工程项目的采购集成部分,是项目管理规划阶段重要基础工作。MBHN分析技术是一项分析确定工程项目需要采购部分的工具,通过对企业有无制造资格和自制还是采购的二维分析,企业可以清晰地划分确定该工程项目自制部分和采购集成部分。应用实例说明了MBHN分析技术可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:How to determine the procurement integration part of the engineering project is an important basic work in the project management planning stage. MBHN analysis technology is a tool to analyze and determine the procurement part of the engineering project. Through the two-dimensional analysis of whether the enterprise has manufacturing qualification or not and whether it is self-made or not, the enterprise can clearly determine the self-made part and the procurement integration part of the project. An example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of MBHN analysis technique.
