基于ITIL的华融湘江银行信息系统运维管理优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,信息技术不断发展,银行等金融机构的信息化进程日益加快,IT对经营管理支持力度不断提升。在银行对信息系统建设方面投入不断增大、对信息技术依赖不断增强的背景下,如何确保有效的投资回报率,是所有从业者需要认真思考的问题。自2010年成立以来,华融湘江银行的信息化建设进入飞速发展的新纪元,数据中心维护的信息系统数量不断递增、灾备系统对重要信息系统覆盖面日趋加大等因素,都对数据中心的运维服务提出了更高的要求。然而,华融湘江银行信息系统的IT运维业务在当时仍然主要依靠较多的人工和纸质的流转,其运维管理的发展水平滞后于信息化建设进展。本文参照ITIL的知识架构体系,对华融湘江银行信息系统运维管理现状进行了分析,提出提升其数据中心运维管理水平的策略并加以实践。本文首先从数据中心运维管理理论、ITIL相关理论出发,研究数据中心运维管理范畴的相关基本概念,确定本论文的理论依据;其次,对华融湘江银行信息系统运维现状进行研究,分析目前存在的流程、效率、计量方面的管理问题,阐明引入ITIL对华融湘江银行信息系统的必要性和可行性;第三,论文以ITIL理论和数据中心运维管理知识作为指导,针对已知管理问题提出相应的运维管理优化策略和解决方案;最后结合华融湘江银行为期2年多的运维管理优化建设实践成果,分析ITIL在该银行落地对银行数据中心IT运维管理工作带来的转变和实际意义。本研究得出的相关结论和建议,可应用到各类企业ITIL项目的管理实践中,为企业采用ITIL框架实施数据中心运维管理优化提供理论依据和实践经验,提高ITIL项目的实施成效,并作为ITIL项目在中国企业尤其是银行业数据中心应用的共性问题的研究解决参考依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of information technology, the informatization process of banks and other financial institutions is accelerating day by day, and the support of IT to operation and management is continuously enhanced. Under the background of the increasing investment of banks in the construction of information systems and the increasing dependence on information technology, how to ensure an effective return on investment is a question that all practitioners need to seriously consider. Since its establishment in 2010, the information construction of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank has entered a new era of rapid development, the number of information systems maintained in the data center is increasing constantly, and the coverage of disaster preparedness systems to important information systems is increasing day by day, and so on. Both put forward higher requirements for data center operation and maintenance services. However, the IT operation and maintenance business of Xiangjiang Bank Information system in Huarong still relies on more manual and paper circulation at that time, and the development level of its operation and maintenance management lags behind the progress of information construction. Referring to the knowledge structure system of ITIL, this paper analyzes the current situation of operation and maintenance management of Xiangjiang Bank Information system in Huarong, puts forward the strategy to improve the level of operation and maintenance management in data center and practices it. Firstly, from the theory of data center operation and maintenance management and the related theory of ITIL, this paper studies the basic concepts of data center operation and maintenance management, and determines the theoretical basis of this paper. Secondly, the paper studies the current situation of operation and maintenance of Xiangjiang bank information system in Huarong, analyzes the existing management problems in the aspects of process, efficiency and measurement, and clarifies the necessity and feasibility of introducing ITIL to Xiangjiang bank information system in Huarong. Thirdly, under the guidance of ITIL theory and data center operation and maintenance management knowledge, the paper puts forward the corresponding operation and maintenance management optimization strategy and solution for the known management problems. Finally, combining with the practical results of the operation and maintenance management optimization construction of Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong for more than two years, this paper analyzes the transformation and practical significance brought by ITIL to the operation and maintenance management of the data center IT in the bank. The conclusions and suggestions obtained in this study can be applied to the management practice of all kinds of enterprise ITIL projects, provide theoretical basis and practical experience for enterprises to implement data center operation and maintenance management optimization with ITIL framework, and improve the effectiveness of ITIL project implementation. And as a reference for the research and solution of the common problems in the application of ITIL project in Chinese enterprises, especially in banking data center.
